I live in the Minneapolis, MN area and told them I had already had my roof done and that I was not interested in it. The salesperson persisted and would not listen to me. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.

What ended up happening is that he was charge with illegal dumping of our, and our next door neighbors fence. His company was also charged. Both felonies because he had priors. We are filing in court to get our money back that he stole. Don't do business with Robert Kosack, Hope Star LLC or Heritage Construction. He is a crook, does a lousy job and steals from you.

Countryside Roofing replaced my roof in December 2021. July of 2023 (less than two years later) my…read moreflashing was coming up off of the roof. The roof had come with a 5 year workmanship warranty. I could not get a hold of Countryside Roofing and I had an independent roofer try to nail it back down although he couldn't. He took pictures for me and the flashing installed by Countryside Roofing was not sealed and was leaking water and the sheathing underneath the singles was too soft for nails to stick which indicates it is probably rotted. I called and finally got a hold of Eric of Countryside Roofing and he had me text him the pictures and told me someone would look at it. Did not hear from him until I called back in August. He told me someone again would look at it. No one came. I have called and called and left message after message with no response. It has been months with no contact from Countryside Roofing. Seems to be another fly by night roofing company that does not honor their warranty.

They done a good job at that time, however, now I have shingles defects with some shingles arching, and been trying call and spoke to ERIC over four times with empty promises since mid Dec 2022 to date Jan 25th 2023 no action and doubt there are any intention to honor the warranty given! So the paper I have is not worth the ink on it. I am forced to look for another roofing company and that is fine as I would not use those guys again or recommend them knowing due to my previous recommendation they changed my neighbor's roof and did repair work on other houses. Oh well we all learn the hard way and must move forward. I strongly recommend when considering Countryside Roofing get some assurance they will honor their warranty and do your homework and get some serious reference when it comes to warranty or even just repair work. I have added my paid receipt and noted XXX over the names / address for privacy to show the paid receipt which cost us dearly that time and was not insurance to say the least.
