He sent out one of his guys who climbed all over our roof and gave us a very reasonable quote for a few hundred dollars. The company that had come out the day before (large billboard on 105) had quoted us $5,000-7,000(!) to basically rebuild our roof. So we hired Saxon, his guy came out the next day, did everything and then went on to paint all the vent stacks and fireplace flashing. Since then our leak is completely gone and the roof looks better than it ever did. We will hire these guys for anything roof related from now on.

The inspection was timely and pleasant. The inspection report came in very thorough with great descriptions and photos with very accurate price estimates and fantastic products to choose from. They offered to help with any negotiations with insurance companies and with the sellers of the home we were trying to purchase. It helped tremendously and we were able to purchase our home and we decided to go ahead and get a new roof upon closing on the house. The experience was wonderful. Hartland corp was very accommodating with our schedule, very professional, efficient, and the roof looks beautiful and works like a charm. The quality and color fo the shingles are fantasti, the warranty programs are great and our HOA was very happy to approve the work and with the results. 100% recommend Stephen Edwards and his crew! They are the best in the business. A side note I should mention is that I am a realtor and of the hundreds of roofers I could choose from, Hartland Corp is my number one choice and recommendation for myself and my clients. They are extremely reliable and it is so critical to have a trustworthy and hardworking roofer who will do the job properly. Amanda Joy Schroder

The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary. I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!!
