The inspection was timely and pleasant. The inspection report came in very thorough with great descriptions and photos with very accurate price estimates and fantastic products to choose from. They offered to help with any negotiations with insurance companies and with the sellers of the home we were trying to purchase. It helped tremendously and we were able to purchase our home and we decided to go ahead and get a new roof upon closing on the house. The experience was wonderful. Hartland corp was very accommodating with our schedule, very professional, efficient, and the roof looks beautiful and works like a charm. The quality and color fo the shingles are fantasti, the warranty programs are great and our HOA was very happy to approve the work and with the results. 100% recommend Stephen Edwards and his crew! They are the best in the business. A side note I should mention is that I am a realtor and of the hundreds of roofers I could choose from, Hartland Corp is my number one choice and recommendation for myself and my clients. They are extremely reliable and it is so critical to have a trustworthy and hardworking roofer who will do the job properly. Amanda Joy Schroder

After a visual ground inspection, and taking into consideration the age of the home he told me his best guess was that I would need a whole new roof. So me, being me, started the claims process with the insurance company and the application process with my HOA. Chuck immediately sent me e-mails of shingle samples for the HOA and made an appointment to come back out with his equipment to get on top of the roof to do a better inspection. When he did the roof inspection he came back to me to tell me that after a more thorough inspection he can't in good conscience recommend a full roof replacement. So after talking about it, we decided to leave the current roof and only repair the part I was originally concerned about in the first place. Chuck could have easily tried convincing me, and the insurance company, that we needed a new roof, but he did the right thing by telling us the truth. Our costs were drastically reduced, and we were able to avoid making an insurance claim. Chuck also explains things very well and the crew does a great job. They left no trace of them ever having been there in the first place! Any time I do need a roofing job in the future I will definitely be calling Chuck again!

Following a hailstorm and after the insurance company had sent out an inspector and we had obtained one quote, we decided to get another quote. We called Chuck, and after he inspected the roof, he came to us and said that a new roof was not needed. He provided a detailed explanation, showing us many pictures. I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary. The claim was canceled, and money was saved for both us and the insurance company because of Chuck's honesty. We will keep his contact information and refer him to others in the future.

Since he was one of the quotes we obtained and he had done work on the roof for a prior owner we decided to use him. Big Mistake!! Contract was signed to do the work on 02/28/2022. It is 06/22/2022 and I just finished filing an OAG complaint over the work that has been completed to date. The work was shoddy to be kind and did not meet the Texas minimum construction standards listed in the 2012 IRC that went into effect on 01/02/2022. The roof is poorly done I have filed a deceptive trade practices complaint with OAG!! The screw holding the roof to the decking are 1/4 of the 1 inch minimum penetration. Numerous screws are glued in as they don' thread into anything, screw spacing doesn't meet code and practically everything they cut or installed is wrong. Do not use Britton for any metal roof installation at all!! BTW this review is on the second roof. The first time around they installed the wrong type of metal and I had to tell them because they couldn't tell the difference between 1/2 inch mini rib and 7/8 corrugated which any skilled roofer should know. i have a report from a certified inspector that is 19 pages long calling out most of the incorrect work done. Response from Britton "We are not meeting any windstorm/watertight warranty requirements which is what the inspector is suggesting". Who would do a roof that is not watertight and doesn't meet Texas minimum construction standards?

The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!!
