Anderson Restoration We recently discovered we had storm damage to our roof from hail and wind which occurred about one year ago. We asked Darrell Anderson of Anderson Restoration to take a look at our roof and let us know what he thought we should do. He confirmed we did have damage and suggested we contact our insurance company and ask them to assign an adjuster and start the claim process. He met with the adjuster and showed him the damage he saw and when the claim was approved by the insurance company, he explained how the entire thing would work and scheduled us to have our new roof installed. He sent a great crew who not only replaced the roof but also alerted us when they found a problem like rotted wood which needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job, showed up every day early and when they were finished, there was no mess and they made sure we were happy. Anderson Restoration is a premier roofing company. Ed, came over and went on the roof during Harvey, with the adjuster to inspect the roof with a " fine tooth eye". Ed spotted that we had hail damage from a previous hail storm and as a result of that, we received a new roof. Also, Ed called our insurance company numerous times to follow up on the claim and filed the necessary paper for approval to our homeowners association.. Anderson Restoration contacted us about possible hail damage from a storm that hit our area in April 2015. Mr. Anderson inspected our roof and found that we did indeed have hail damage. From that point on everything went on cruise control - they guided us through the steps to take with our insurance company, met with the adjuster, got it settled and gave us better than a fair price to complete the work. The materials and crew showed up on time and they completed a 55 square job in less than two days, no muss, no fuss. The key to dealing with a reputable company is they never asked for a dime until the job was completed and inspected. After we approved of the job then they collected the first part of the insurance settlement and patiently waited until the insurance sent the final payment which sometimes can take awhile due to mortgage companies having to endorse the checks. A couple of years has now passed since Anderson Restoration re-roofed ten multi-unit buildings in our townhome complex. Anderson's quote was very competitive but not the lowest. The Board chose Anderson because they were local and had been in the business in our area for some time. It was important to have someone we felt we could depend on in the future. After they were awarded the job, we were surprised that they planned to complete the project in approximately one week once the materials were on site. This was a bonus to us since it would be less disruptive to our community. They brought in multiple crews and did complete the work on ten large buildings in the time promised. Since then, we have been happy with the work in both appearance and quality. There have been almost zero problems. However, when there were, Anderson responded immediately and resolved the issues. Anderson Restoration was the most professional roofing company that I have seen working in my neighborhood. The workers all wear matching shirts, they are curious and very quick. Had several roof on my street all done in 2 days and when they left the yard was clean and free of nails unlike some other company have done around here. Spoke with one of the managers at the job site and he can straight to my house and did an inspection, showed me some hail damage and assisted me with my claim. He came back and met with my insurance company and got my roof approved even after someone else said no. Very grateful that all I have to pay was a deductible and had a new roof the next week. The entire experience was worthy of a very high rating from beginning to the end. The rep from Anderson Restoration spent the necessary time with the insurance adjuster to make sure all areas were looked at and inspected to make sure that the both of them were in agreement with what should be covered as a result of damage to my roof from a hail storm. They were very easy to work with and I especially liked the fact that they served as an advocate for me on the roof with the insurance adjuster. Our roof was in terrible shape, actually leaking inside our house. We got a Project Manager, Chad Rippy from Anderson Restoration to come out and see what could be done. Mr Rippy came to our house,as soon as requested. He let us know what they could do for us replacing the roof..Mr. Rippy got on it right away, helping us with choice of shingles, and getting the roof replaced pretty fast. Anderson Restoration Rocks! They came out and inspected my roof, not only had the hail damaged my roof but also my garage door, gutters and patio furniture. They helped me file my insurance claim and met with my insurance adjuster as well. Anderson Restoration did an awesome job for the roof replacement of my house. The company representative walked through with me every step and clarified all the questions. The crew did a good job and the representative followed up professionally. A ceiling light cover fell off from the recessed pocket during roof work. It seems a very minor issue, but it is very difficult to reset the cover due to the high ceiling.
