We were very nervous about having our kitchen redone (we've heard horror stories). As soon as we visited KTM our fears with alleviated by the super knowledgeable and amazingly considerate staff. They directed us to Arizona Tile (a separate review) and took care of everything. We had all new granite countertop, ceramic backsplash, and kitchen sink & faucet installed in the kitchen. KTM took care of everything...and quick! They had teams that did the demo, a team that did the plywood and reinforcement of the existing cabinets, a team that cut and installed the sink, a team that cut and installed the granite countertop, and a team that installed the backsplash. After all was said and done they even came back to take care of a couple of small finishes to make our kitchen look great! I HIGHLY recommend! You won't be sorry.

Abed contacted me promptly and was very professional (from the beginning). Abed listened to my request, asked for pictures, and offered me multiple options to get to my goal. I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.

Lorenzo and his crew came to clean my limestone floors. My floors are white and were needing a good…read moreclean. Limestone is a porous stone more delicate then marble. He was very knowledgeable and didn't over promise results. He was pretty firm on what he believed the outcome would be. We agreed he would clean and do a light hone vs a polish and then seal. My floors went from a off white to almost a bright white. It changed the whole look. The floors kept the matte look with a slight shine. The floors looks new again. I will repeat yearly with a good cleaning and seal. After completion he recommended proper maintenance and solutions to use for cleaning. His crew was great. Consider them on your next cleaning. Price is the cost of good work. You can't cheap out when dealing with stone. I think the price was fair for market. Really more pleased with the results I wanted.

I had my terrazzo floors supposedly diamond sanded to the tune of more than $3,000.00. The results…read morewere nothing like the results depicted in "before and after" photos here or on Facebook. My floors were clean , but they still looked pretty much the same as before. I was disappointed, but didn't make a fuss. However, in the 3-4 weeks since Total Finish treated my floors, large numbers of deep holes have been appearing in my floor, as if it is disintegrating. This morning so many new holes appeared that I called Lorenzo in a panic. He came by this evening and before even getting from the front door to the living room (while still in entryway) declared that the damage had already been there (even before seeing all of the damage). He then implied that I was lying. I immediately called the realtor and former homeowner IN FRONT of Lorenzo. When the former owner confirmed that the floors were not damaged at the time of sale, Lorenzo again insinuated that I was lying, implying that I wasn't actually talking to the former owner. I then texted several other witnesses who also confirmed the previous condition of my floors, yet Lorenzo refused to even consider that they might have caused the damage. The fact that he appeared to abdicate all responsibility before even seeing the extent of the damage, as well as calling me a liar, was disappointing. This is not the way a decent, honorable, honest, and ethical company does business. I am a nurse and work hard for my money. I don't have $3500 to flush down the drain and then pay even more to fix the damage this company caused. I feel cheated, scammed, insulted, and lied to. He then sent me a partial video in which the guys who actually worked on the floors appear to complain about not being tipped (as I had to go to medical appointment and they were not finished)? I would never hire this company to work on terrazzo floors, and I intend to pursue every avenue of lawful remedy available to me, including but not limited to taking them to court. They claim to offer a guarantee but then appear to attempt to wriggle their way out by falsely claiming any damage was pre-existing. This is not the way our fathers did business. Regardless, the damage present now (with new holes appearing daily) is NOT present in the video they themselves took. Something is seriously wrong with my floors, and these damages and ongoing issues were not present before Total Finish worked on my floors.added photos hope they upload.

She was consistent in her updates to shipment as much as delivery, installation. Her crew men were professional and skilled in techniques and etiquette for flooring, completed each job on-time, in sync in communication across the board. Having come from a family in construction co and architects, I thought this was expected - but realized as the owner perspective in the rebuild process that this unity of professionalism is difficult to achieve. I have mixed reviews (and feelings) about this company. Our floors turned out nice but it was a…read moreprocess to get there. We had beat up wood and travertine tile with pitting so we decided to have wood-look porcelain tile put in. Finished product looks great. During the sales process we were told that the project would go room to room as we were doing most of downstairs at once. Once it came time to do demo though we were told everything needed to be cleared so they could demo all at once. For a big family with kids at home, this was a major disruption due to no kitchen, no living room, no office for 8-10 days. Dust everywhere. We were probably naive about the amount of disruption the project would cause but also felt like the sales person painted a rosy picture for how the process would work. Once the tile is set you can't walk on it until the following morning. We had to partition of parts of the house to keep kids out of certain areas. The crews moved big pieces of furniture out of and back into the respective rooms for the most part. Still left quite a bit of work to get things back into the right places and some furniture was left in the garage. We had to have them back out to touch up gaps in grout and fix a pattern break on some final pieces the day after the job was completed. I understand that grout sinks/settles after application but believe they should have done a final walk through and caught these things without us having to point them out. As I said above, we are happy with the finished product. The communication was touch and go. The process took longer and was far messier and more disruptive than we expected based on initial sales discussion in the showroom.
