Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible. The construction, carpentry, tile, plumbing, everything was performed at the highest level of excellence. And everyone was a dream to work with. They can do ANYTHING! Perfectly! I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result.
