My construction project was going to be complicated because my insurance company was completely unresponsive and I was having to balance the construction schedule with additional inspections required by an attorney I was forced to retain and there was an incredible supply chain issue caused by COVID that made securing building materials very difficult. Mo's team was fantastic. They showed up on time and began the repairs immediately. This was a huge relief as we had already gotten burned by another restoration company I had contracted and we had been living in a house that was missing the walls, insulation and floors with the summer heat fast approaching. Right from the start we began experiencing the supply chain challenges. We couldn't find the wood floors we wanted. Nearly all darker colored wood floors were out of stock with all the retailers. Mo provided numerous options to solve the issue and we were able to find our first choice located on the East Coast and were able to get them shipped. Then we encountered the whirlpool tub shortage. Mo suggested a redesign that I loved that helped us work around the tub issue. Throughout the rebuild, Mo was incredible. We would want to add a feature, Mo got it done. We would want to change something, Mo got it done. Mo's team was fast, respectful and very skilled. Their tilework in the bathroom was top notch. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. There is a lien on my house due to a bill not paid to a vendor. The owner, Matt, said my bill wasn't paid because of an error on another clients account. Not sure why that should affect me, but it did. I get no help from them on whether it has been paid or why there is still a lien. Matt says COVID, but my project was completed in January. This is the only one issue, the final issue. There were MANY throughout the process. Being been verbally assaulted by my project manager, ignored extensively by the agency and owner, having men sent to my house to work at 8pm (!), I am now dealing with this poorly managed agency once again. All I am asking now is for that bill to be paid, which should have been done in NOVEMBER, and the lien to be removed from my property. Sad and disgusting how this company handles themselves professionally and apparently financially. Julio did a fantastic job removing a 20-year-old galvanized gas pipe that was detaching from the…read morewall due to the new roof we installed. He replaced the pipe with a yellow gas pipe, a metal flex, and ran it through the attic instead of on the garage ceiling. He also installed a Bradford White 40-gallon atmospheric vent water heater perfectly. Still, first we ran into some old galvanized pipe that was completely rusted, corroded, and clogged, running from the water heater to the 2 washers we have. The pipes were so bad that the threads broke, so he replaced them with PEX. After that, he put drywall and spackle to patch the holes and also repaired some cracks in the garage ceiling. His prices are great, and his work is impeccable. Do not hesitate to call Julio for any need. He also installed a Moen kitchen faucet about 6 months ago and patched a hole behind the dishwasher. Both were exceptionally well done. He always answers his phone and is ready to work. I highly recommend.
