After reading all the great reviews on Strong Tower I contacted Francisco through Yelp and got a message back right away. Francisco then understood that my schedule was very hectic and made an evening appointment for his father, Eduardo, to come out and give me an estimate. From the beginning we loved this company, family owned and operated. I wish I would have found them first and not gone through the nightmare of the first company. Strong Tower is the company I will always use for any renovation on my home. Thank you Eduardo and Francisco for making my house a home again!

That's until we came upon this business the owners name is Aaron hes a younger guy and he's very professional he gave us a solid quote at no cost and told us how much paint we would need. We thoroughly enjoyed his painting services. We told him the mix of colors that we wanted to utilize and he recommended how many coats we might need. The guys that he has working for him also are very professional. They took their shoes off without being asked to and cleaned up any areas where they made a mess. We highly recommend this company! We will use them again for future paint jobs because the prices can't be beat and their professionalism is second to none.

When I called back, he hung up on me again instead of taking a moment to address my question. On top of that, I was given an absolutely outrageous quote for a relatively small square footage area. After getting a second opinion for the same type of flooring, I realized just how unreasonable the quote was. Lone Star's quote was nearly **four times the price**. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I've been to other Lone Star locations and have always had great experiences, so I understand they are individually owned and operated. Unfortunately, this particular location was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
