This is strictly the home delivery department- I find it…read morehard to believe a 14 hour window is needed for deliveries. This is absolutely absurd. Even a 6 hour window would be more acceptable - 4 - 6 hours would be ideal and is issued by anyone I've had deliveries, from furniture to lumber. Update: They were suppose to call 30 minutes in advance. They texted less than 10 minutes before they arrived. As the driver unloaded I went to view the items and open boxes, I mentioned to the driver-this did not look like enough material-let's look at it. As I opened a box...it was damaged tile in addition I was supposed to get 18 boxes-I only received 6, and they were damaged. By the time I looked up, the driver left. He hit our neighbors mailbox in doing so and never returned. The driver ignored me and any communication. I informed home depot, they initially wanted my neighbor to handle the repairs of the mailbox-? Really- I was instructed to contact Sedgwick using a phone #, when I called I received an extortion type survey question; it ask if I would mind...then leaves no option except to complete a survey-then you speak with no one. it needs to be fixed, at home depot's expense. I received a call about an hour later- that delivery was just a partial-they were going to send this delivery in 2 separate shipments. We weren't told this from the beginning either. Home depot needs Another logistics team-this has been very disappointing and discouraging. we had plans for a kitchen remodel - after this -We might be going to someone else to do the work. I will be willing to issue feedback after this is resolved. It seems like surveys and feedback should be requested after a customer receives the service that is expected and an attempt to actually resolve the issue. A survey isn't what is considered customer service in my book-just more red tape.

Knowing what I knew I decided to up my game and go for this company because they had been in business for years and a one stop shop. They SHOULD have quality workmanship. Well, not true. Keep in mind I was going to write a review November 2022 after living a nightmare for a week kitchen makeover that should not have been 6 weeks long. One week no one showed up at all. Had I not been here through the whole process the cabinetry configuration would have been incorrect. The contractors brought their wives with them to hang out and ask to use my bathroom. One contractor snuck in a bathroom break while I was outside and took a dump and did not flush the toilet. I did not notice for about 5 hours and was mortified. I have warped cabinets. Constant arguments with the salesperson. Showing up late if at all. Gee, I should have stayed with Home Depot. No follow ups from a supervisor daily to check and make sure each process was being done correctly. Like a floor float. Not just two dumps of float out of a bucket and move the float with a shovel instead of properly smoothing it with a two by four or something level. NOW, I have a hole underneath the vinyl plank that clicks and moves up and down right in front of my fridge. I have been trying to get this fixed through warranty for 5 months. The end of June I suggested getting with the contractor and setting something up the last week of July or first week of Aug 2023 because of the 4th of July week. Well folks, today is August 18. No phone calls, no nothing. I have been more than patient! All I get is lip service and passing the buck. So I spent 45K on my kitchen and have to put a rug in front of the fridge for the rest of my life because they people were paid and now won't come back. I should have been paid for being Project Manager. It put me on blood pressure medication. I have spent enough of my time on these people and I could go on but I think you get the picture. If this review disappears, I will be taking it to the media.

I had a plumbing incident happen and my budget was what the insurance company would give me. (about 10k) This place was exactly what I was looking for. A one stop shop that would give me a bid on doing it all. IF they had bothered to show up to the appointment.. IF they had bothered to return my phone call to his cell phone or to the company answering machine. IF I had gotten even a small modicum of customer service or communication. But all I got was stood up and smaller paycheck when I left work early to be home for the appointment. So I guess I should be glad they showed me their work ethic and customer service upfront instead of halfway thru the install.. I will never recommend someone with this kind of experience. We hired some folks to do a quick remodel but they did a poor job staining the cabinets. Tim and his crew did a great job fixing that mistake and making other suggestions to improve the layout of the kitchen, treating it as if it were his own house he was going to fix up and rent. He is very upfront about his pricing and goes above and beyond his responsibilities as a general contractor; after his final visit to wrap up the project there was a pile of trash that he removed and placed by the side of the road. He volunteered to come back the next week after the trash day in order to place our trash cans into the back porch (this house is vacant). Worth every penny for the renovation and a five star rating.

I wanted a floating marble shelf and they said they know how to make it, so I purchased all my marble slabs there. They also did the waterfall island, added more cabinets and repainted the old cabinets. Joanna was so helpful, and she knew exactly what I wanted, like she could picture it in her head when I described my dream kitchen. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. One thing is that you might need to prepare to wait a long time. It was a 2 week project that turned out to be 2 months, but it was worth the wait.
