We had originally scheduled a time between 12:30-1:00 PM, but Tevin proactively called to see if he could come earlier. I couldn't be there in person right away, but I explained the job over the phone, and he and his assistant got started without missing a beat. After about an hour of work, Tevin noticed a haziness still lingering on the tiles and told me he wasn't satisfied with the results yet. He offered to run to Home Depot to get additional supplies, including an impregnating sealer specifically for natural stone -- something I hadn't even considered. His commitment to doing the job right was clear. By 2 PM, the difference was night and day. The tiles looked clean -- not just on the surface, but deep into the stone. When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options.
