He was very helpful in providing some ideas up front, along with some before and after pictures of recent jobs his company has done, along with price quotes. After further consideration, I hired his company to replace two toilets, re-do the master bathroom shower tile and stall, and re-do some things in the kitchen. Basim has several different crews, which are specialized to do the particular kind of work involved; whether it is plumbing, glasswork, fixture installs, flooring, etc. I chose to purchase my own components, and Basim quoted me for the labor and installation. Floors Mecca are a new addition to our neighbourhood and, as a big supporter of local businesses, we approached them for a quote for our flooring projects. Not only is their product range fantastic but the prices are very competitive and customer service is excellent. Basim helped us match colours and wood choices to our existing flooring and helped us project manage the whole installation. Each plank was laid to perfection. Awesome experience. This is our second time shopping from them. I worked with Mark. He was Super helpful, and he patiently answered all of our questions about different products. We were in a rush for installation. He started our floor in less than 48 hours and finished our floor (only bedrooms and closets) in one day. He personally came to our place to check the job during the job. If I had any questions, he answered them quickly through texts or phone calls. We added a tiny closet at the ends, and he did it for free. We could not be any happier. Definitely, I will go back again. Significantly faster, better quality, customer service, and cheaper than Home Depot etc. They were also super punctual.
