However, I did not receive any follow-up. In June, I noticed that a small, fingernail-sized piece of the vinyl tile had come off. The area appeared to have been repaired previously, but it had come off again over time. I visited the store in person on July 11 and spoke with Rudolph again to request a repair. Unfortunately, I still have not received any call or follow-up regarding the repair. I understand that issues can sometimes occur after installation, but I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and customer service. I hope EZ Floor will improve its post-installation service and communication with customers.
