If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I had to personally put getting any remodeling and home additions on hold while I cared for my dad for over a year. We talked about my patio dream before he passed in March. Mortar splashed all over baseboards and doors. Areas with no caulk. Some areas with caulk were done extremely sloppy. There were uneven cuts around corners. One side would be a certain thickness and then another side would be another thickness. Worst of all they did not wipe the grout off properly from the tile. They left grout to sit on the tile and grout had etched our brand new limestone floors everywhere. They also stained it in many places too. Eddie had the guys come back and try and get it out themselves, but we're not able to. So the guy that we paid to professionally seal our floors, Eddie had to pay $4000 to polish and restore our floors. However many of the stains and etching still not able to get out! We are glad that Eddie one of the owners forked over the money to make it right. Eddie does seem like a good guy and he is professional, but his subcontractors just seems very amateur. we have had lots of marble tile installed, and I have never seen our marble etched or so many imprecise cuts or lack of caulking. They installed tiles with big chips in them without thoroughly inspecting. They couldn't even get a transition, right . The wood transition in our bedroom doesn't even match the other transitions. This is very amateur. I've never had a contractor not be able to match a stain. This is very basic knowledge in the industry to do. And he was asking me how to do it as the homeowner. I thought that's what I was paying you for. Also, they left empty soda cans, just laying around in our kitchen. Tile and debris from the dumpster just laying all over our driveway. All in all, this was an awful experience. The final product is acceptable, but there's still a lot of flaws. And of course, the time and money that it took to rectify the situation. I regret hiring this company and wish that we would've hired someone else . I recommend finding a company that has its own in-house installers and does not use these subcontractors.

They also stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix issues that came up, which we appreciated. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. There were a few mistakes along the way that required patching or rework, which slowed things down and caused some frustration. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite. Rom listened and suggested. During our meeting with him he showed us pictures and options of placement for the stone. We took his advice and ended up with the most stunning kitchen. The island stone pulls it all together. It's stunning. The install team are professional and clean. Rom and his team mitered the edges to make a 3" cohesive seam. We used the remnants for our mud room area. I highly recommended Wave Granite. For all of our future stone needs, we will work with ROM and Wave granite.

From the moment we walked in the door they were knowledgeable and patient while we decided what we wanted for our new quartz countertops. No pushy upselling here. Wave made everything easy. Budget - Alright, I sometimes have trouble sticking to my budget, but Wave quoted a reasonable price and stuck to it. My stress level and pocketbook were saved! Timeliness - As you can see by the tardiness of this review, I tend to procrastinate. But with Wave it was two weeks from our first visit to install, including fabrication of our counters! I'd hoped to have a working kitchen by Christmas, and Wave came through. I made the turkey, but Wave made my Christmas. Materials and Craftmanship - I'm sorry to say I do not have a warehouse full of stone slabs, and I don't know how to fabricate counters. Luckily, Wave does. They have a great selection, and happily showed us lots of choices until we found exactly what we wanted. The fabrication was flawless. Everything fits and looks perfect. I think I'm in love. Countertop Installation - We chose to do most of the kitchen remodel ourselves, but when it comes to counter installation, we were out of our depth. Wave handled all the measurements, fabrication and installation of our counters and undermount sink, no general contractor required. They did an awesome job. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. This behavior speaks volumes about how Wisenbaker handles warranty concerns and customer service. Homeowners should be aware of what communication looks like once a problem actually needs to be addressed.
