He was very informative and upfront with all information about shingle types, installation, scheduling, and options for repair vs. replacement. Two years ago we had a roof repair by Shingle Hut and were very satisfied with the cost and general helpfulness of the project coordinator. He gave us several options at a reasonable price. Fast forward to hurricane Beryl damage 2024... shingles were flying from a new part of the roof! Mark with Shingle Hut came through!! We were quoted double the price by another company who REFUSED to give us a cash price and wanted to ONLY work with insurance to cover the cost. Our Hurricane policy deductible was over $20,000... needless to say I needed an affordable and reasonable cash option. Mark offered us a couple different packages and was great about follow up without being pushy. He followed through with everything he discussed and was responsive on phone calls, text and email. Financing options are offered on their website by 3rd party but even that part was fantastic... very quick and responsive- again with options on loans to fit a variety of budget needs. It's never fun to deal with roof repair and replacement, but Mark made it not scary.

I called a few companies, and Adam's Roofing was the only one that actually took time to explain what might be going on instead of immediately trying to sell me a full roof replacement. They came out when they said they would, did a very thorough inspection, took photos, and walked me through everything step by step so I could actually understand the damage. What I appreciated most was the honesty -- they told me my roof still had life left in it and recommended repairs instead of pushing for a new roof. The crew was professional, cleaned up completely afterward, and the repair looks great. Since then we've had heavy rain and zero issues. Communication was solid the entire time, pricing felt fair, and the whole process was way less stressful than I expected. If you want a roofing company that treats you like a person instead of a sales target, I'd definitely recommend Adam's Roofing.

Mike from Reliable Roofing was there to figure out…read morethe source of the leaks every time and then had them repaired within a few days, no pressure to reroof. He gave advice to start saving for the roof for when it was inevitable (my roof was 15 years old) so it wouldn't be a huge, unexpected financial burden. Reliable Roofing offers payment plans with them if needed. Ultimately, with the age of roof and multiple leaks in different areas, it was time to reroof completely. The roofing crew arrived early and worked from 7 AM to 4 PM, completing the job in one work day. They took the time to clean up the job site as well. Mike stayed after and took photos of the new roof (these can be submitted to your house insurance company along with receipts and project proposal for discount). Overall, the process is made very straightforward and I am glad I went with Reliable Roofing!

However, I only noticed a 6 degree drop in temperature. I informed them of the issue and unmet expectations; only to have their representative re-inspect the house and tell me that there is another separate issue causing my excessive attic temps. When I asked why the initial issue was not identified, the representative just shrugged. From my perspective, I spent $1,800 on a solution that was ineffective and possibly unnecessary. At best, I would say that their solution was misrepresented - but I just feel lied to. Given the experience, I would not trust them with a larger project or recommend them.

Turns out the entire roof over the bathroom was uneven and improperly installed and needs to be replaced. Of course, the original roofer is AWOL and according to the seller, there's no warranty on the previous shoddy work. Despite this unique situation, Frank handled communicating with me (current homeowner) and the seller of the house who would be paying for the repair with incredible professionalism. Frank emailed detailed estimates promptly, answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day -- and sometimes night. When it came to do the work, he and one other worker did the work in half a day! Frank even sent me pictures of each step of the roofing progress so I know what's underneath those new shingles! They tracked down the specialty shingles to match the original roof exactly. The area JV Roofing Solutions replaced looks exactly like the rest of the original roof, which is the goal! More than that, Frank and team went above and beyond! He looked around the rest of the roof and was honest that it was in mostly good condition but covered up a few exposed nail heads that he noticed. I am blown away by the service, communication, and quality of work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
