From the beginning, he was dishonest about the job, constantly making excuses and lying about the progress. He does not supervise his subcontractors and rarely visits the work site. He is a master manipulator giving truly believable explanations for delays, missing materials, lack of supervision, and errors in construction. This is very important to me and our company, as we are not local to the property we needed his assistance with. We approved his estimate to replace the roof on October 1st, which was eventually finished, in roughly 55 days. On October 8th, while waiting for the roof to be replaced, I asked if he knew of a good company that could assist with minor remediation work. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something. I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that. I have lost a ton of time and money over this minor job because of Ralph Valenciano's dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search before deciding to go down this road. I wish I did.

When I called them out to fix the leak they came in, took pictures and put the photos in their report showing where they failed to reseal where the duct work went through the roof (roof mounted HVAC), THEN refused to even take ownership for it and charged me to fix their poor workmanship! They were servicing our entire townhome community, this isn't even close to an isolated incident. Other homeowners, whose homes were damaged by their poor-quality work and were promised compensation for the damage their failings caused have been fighting to get them to provide the promised funds. Basically they start ghosting and stop answering the calls of the people they owe.

I have a koi pond in the yard and couldn't have nails or debris falling into it; they brought sheets of plywood and covered the pond completely (photo). Their guys are go-getters, clean and respectful, hard workers - and the crew (photo) includes a gal, yes, up there hammering nails!
