Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and their professionalism was evident from day one. From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. Their crew worked seamlessly across both properties, and impressively, both projects were completed within a week and done beautifully. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Jasper and Cristian were quick to respond and addressed every issue promptly and professionally. They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Carl Mulle is a con man who will quote your concrete job, ask for a lot of money up front, I see he…read moreaverages 5k, due minimal work and then the day he tells you cement truck is coming the excuses start. He hooked me in with line that a guy had overbought concrete and he had a $1500 credit at the plant and would pass that on to me on the original estimate for my driveway. Carl came and had the concrete ripped up and taken away, he setup the form and rebar. Due to the length of my driveway , he said it would involve 3 separate pours. Carl said he would pull permits with the city of SL and when I called there wasnt a permit on file for my address. He was always referencing Milton and that he would be driving the truck in. Carl's messages would say, gps on truck can't find your house, this happens, I'll look for him. Then the next message was, the concrete is too hot and had to reject the load and sent the truck back. Everyone has cell phones with maps and this was a lie. The excuses and lies were compounding. We called another company we had a bid for same work, Don Ruggers, Advanced Installation, who apparently voice recorded our phone call to inquire about his availability to finish the job. Don pretended he didn't know Carl Mulle, other than he is a contractor. Carl called me after I was speaking to Don Ruggers. I asked Don if he called Carl and he fessed up and said he did. After calling Carl back, he wanted to speak face to face and was close by my house. What a coincidence. He was clearly upset and upon leaving he said, Don Ruggers shared my call to him and he was upset that I didnt think he would finish the job. Carl kept saying I thought we were friends, this is a business transaction but whatever.In calling other legitimate companies, the concrete pour should have been done by day three and Carl started the work May 13 and today is the 23rd. In addition, Carl said the pour had to be split up, it couldn't be done all at once because the weight of the truck would break the lower concrete towards the street. Another bs line. In summary, this Carl Mulle or CJ Mulle Concreye Services is a sheister in disguise and Don Ruggers of Advanced Installation, didn't want to finish the job for Carl because they're friends or rather thick as thieves.
