Called for a quote and was able to have them come out the next day to look at our roof. We kept having a leak in our master closet despite having it repaired a little over a year ago. Our roof was leaking and shingles were missing after Hurricane Harvey. Carlos Elizondo, Jr. did an inspection on my roof when I thought I had a small leak. He was very professional - service was outstanding! He walked the entire roof and didn't try to convince me that I had anything wrong. He gave his honest opinion and caulked all of my satellite brackets that had been left by workers and caulked around my chimney where needed. He did point out that I may need a new attic fan because mine is not activating even though we set it at a much lower temperature. I will probably have to get a new one - you can bet I will use Carlos to do my work when I am ready to get this done! Called on behalf of someone that is not able to call around to get new roof estimates and the person I spoke with lady receptionist asked for my name and last, verified phone number and made a big deal that I was not the owner of the location where the project would be taking place. All I wanted was an estimate I don't know about anyone else but seems a bit extreme for a "QUOTE" request. The lady's excuse for such an inquisition was that they needed the information of home owner so that when and if we made an agreement to get their services they could call and inform that technicians were on their way. I have never heard of such thing made my FIRST experience a very difficult and uncomfortable one. I recommend you go elsewhere, cause if they give first time customer such a difficult time I can only imagine what it will be like if I were to commit to establishment. I would guess this company's reviews are by friends and family. However, their roof inspection at my home resulted in Property Damage. They used white spray paint on my roof to highlight areas that needed repair all over my roof. My request was for two (2) estimates, one for roof repair cost and another for roof replacement. I have received 4 estimates with no one marking up my home, except for this company, Sugarland Premier Roofing. They should not be allowed to continue this practice, (spraying white paint on a roof), as an attempt, in my opinion, to force homeowners to replace their entire roof. My insurance company's inspection indicated that a replacement was not needed but the representative of this company insists that replacing the roof is required. This contractor has also not provided the written estimate promised. He gave me a verbal and showed me a document on his computer illustrative of a replacement cost of $44,000+. I am not able to give the exact figure because he has not forwarded the estimate to me. One estimate for repair from a separate company was $300 and two other company's replacement costs ranging from $16,000 to $24,000. All products were the same. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service provided and the job performed by the SLPR team. I had roof damage from the elements that resulted in interior damage, all of which required an insurance claim. In the process of working with roofing companies, Sugar Land Premier Roofing was the first company that consistently showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They helped me develop a plan to work with the insurance company, performed the inspection alongside the field insurance adjuster, followed up with the desk adjuster on the claim status, and got going on repairs immediately after the claim was approved. I was impressed at how much personal ownership the employees and the company owners took during the entire process, even taking time to drive me around my neighborhood and show me different options for new roofing materials. Their roofing team was incredibly fast and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the worksite. They took care of the interior damage as well and everything looks good as new.
