Repaired a leak for me however months later it leaked again. Called for the warranty. There was a little lag In communication as Beryl had just passed and contractor was busy. We had water seeping into an exterior wall following a heavy wind/rain event in our area in January. I found White Star via Yelp and Carlos responded to my request within the hour. A+++ customer service I was deep in the tense negotiations while trying to buy a home. The seller had offered me a difficult choice: Stick with the offer I made or give them $20k more but have the seller replace the hail damaged roof. (It would be cost effective for them since their insurance would cover part of the cost) The problem was, I had no idea if this was a good deal for the home I was buying. White Star Roofing offered me great service without even knowing if I would be a buyer. They took down the address of the home and quickly gave me rought cost estimates for different shingle quality levels that they could put on the house, and even pointed out the grades that would be excluded by the neighborhood HOA.
