This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)
