I need to start by telling you all of what a wonderful company this is. From the first day, Hank…read moreand Doug Cortez had been nothing but professional and kind and understanding the ins and outs of dealing with my insurance company and getting my new roof put on. The date that my roof was installed, all of the roofers took GREAT care in being sure that they covered the ground around my house with sheeting to pick up the shingles/nails, etc. that might fall onto the ground. They knew that I had dogs and I was very concerned about nails being left on the grass/ground. When they were done my yards and back patio were cleaner when they left it. I was so impressed with all of their professionalism! Hank was always there and returned any of my texts/calls. I JUST LOVE MY NEW ROOF! And I highly recommend this company above all other!!! Thank you, Hank Cortez!

Shaun and Stable Foundation do more than just foundations. As a full-service general contractor,…read morethey are the 'go to' company for nearly any type of whole house renovation or repair. They have become a favorite of those looking to restore Galveston Island's historic homes. I formerly had hired another general contractor to restore our 140-year-old storm survivor house in Galveston, but after weeks of them stumbling to get a foundation permit needed to get the job underway, I was fortunate enough to meet Shaun as Stable Foundation was restoring a home and adding and addition two doors down. I had him come take a look at our home and he promptly provided a very competitive bid. Shaun had access to an engineer who was able to get us stamped and approved drawings in a couple days. Once Shaun had these and using his personal contacts, he was able to expedite a permit with the city and get the job underway in less than a week. He kept a significant crew on the job through the entirety of the job until completion. Don't waste your time with anyone else; go with Stable Foundation!

I used This company last year to replace my floors in my historical home. I took time and asked…read moreallot of questions before hiring anyone. Daniel seemed to know what needed to be done and let us know he had lots of experience. It is not a year later and the floors will need to be ripped out and replaced due to the subfloor not meeting the national wood flooring guidelines. The cherry wood flooring buckled and shot right out of the floor in places due to no moisture protection being laid down. This was brought up during the installation and we were told he knew what he was doing and to let him do the work. I have contacted Daniel through texts. Phone calls and emails asking for him to come look at them and see what he could do to fix the problem. He has refused to come or have any more contact since the initial phone call telling him the problem. He just said to me. I didn't appreciate his work and he said the floor and labor was only for three months. This is not true or even the guide line for flooring. I have given Daniel a month to come and make it right. I don't recommend this company.

The home we purchased was discovered to have water damage upon final walkthrough. The sellers had…read moreworked with H+R in the previously to fully repaint the home (it looked wonderful), and reached out to them again to remedy the water damage situation. I was notably nervous, moving into a new home - unsure of this company and how long it would take. Hector, Scott and team not only addressed all of my concerns, but did everything in their power to move as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our new home. The first day was all prep, they covered up every area that the teams would have to move in and out of the house to prevent damage. I was pleasantly surprised to see they cared for my home as much as I did. The damage was extensive (though the promised it wasn't as bad as they had seen lol). We needed to not only dry the water damage, but also re-sand/ stain wood flooring, replace carpeting, sheetrock, baseboards, tile, a bathroom vanity, among other things. The full remediation and repair took a little under a month. The team worked with me to ensure every selection worked for us, allowed us to upgrade carpet (past what insurance would cover for like to like replacement), in addition to replace in additional rooms. I would highly recommend H+R Renovations for any major home renovation, repair, water remediation or maintenance work. Wonderful experience all around.

Great presentation of options and materials, prompt replies to post-estimate questions. Best price on the new roof. Thorough communication. He was on-site for most of the 2-day process. Excellent follow-up. When I struggled just getting so-called top-rated roofing companies to show for an estimate, I really appreciated David's service, concise selling (no BS), no gimmicks like "call these satisfied customers for $100 off". His crew was great and respectful too. Had a roofing friend check the roof a couple weeks after and he said it was all first-class work and materials.

Replacement of Rotted wood under the gutters . David took my call and next day he sent a crew to my house for free estimate. Mario came by and gave me an estimate. I felt he was very sincere when he told me what needs to be repaired and what can wait. Also, I asked him to look at some additional issues that was not found before the quotation. Mario was nice to help and fix the issue without extra charges. Working with Tetralto was easy and the quality of work is very good and they took the time to make sure all details are correct. So we will recommend them to my friends and family especially if you live in Missouri City area.
