We traded messages about what I was looking for and set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and, more importantly, Luis had done projects like this before. So I decided to move forward. In the meantime, I was getting new carpeting in the room and at the last minute I decided the room should get painted before the installation date. Luis was able to move somethings around to accommodate me. He also took great care of protecting my furniture and the new carpet from paint and dust. The end result of this project completely exceeded my expectations! I literally handed Luis a sketch I made on ChatGPT and he and Carlos executed it beautifully. They even left the inside edges uncaulked because I'm 50% sure I'll install wallpaper panels at some point. Throughout the project, Luis made it clear that he wanted me to be completely satisfied. There was a small issue that he could have easily covered up but he brought it to my attention and discussed how it should be fixed. MZ Masonry removed all of the existing faux-brick (house is about 50/50 brick/stucco), the layers behind it and the plywood expertly. They then expertly installed new bricks with multiple layers including Tyvek wrapping and coats between the brick and plywood while also changing out all of the plywood. The finished product was excellent. The quoted price was quite fair. I received at least four quotes higher than MZ's quote. This was a large project and took and was completed in the time frame Manuel told me it would take. I would not hesitate to recommend Manuel and his team.

The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.
