They have been unreasonable and difficult to deal with and offered me a very slight discount if I would not report this and warn other consumers. I was sadly mistaken in trusting that this company would take good care of our property, do good work and be reasonable to deal with. They did not take care of our property or repair the property damage they did here. First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. I am so thankful that I was referred to such a great company. It's tough to know who to trust with all the scammers out there. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. Hello I have engaged…read moremighty dog roofing company on many occasions. The largest job they have done for me cost me $46k, the second largest $42,000/- then another for $12k and another for around $7k. The first job was for $42k finished about 3 years ago and the latest was $12k finished kess than 2 months ago. The last 3 jobs including the one I paid $46k for are leaking water after every rain event. I have called everyone I can at mighty dog and I keep hearing we are going out there today but nothing has happened for the last month. This is how mighty dog is treating a customer who has not only given them over $100k worth of business but has also been advertising and recommending them to their network for the last 3 years. I think I deserve better than that from them.
