As the submitted pictures reflect, there was some damage done to our hardiplank plank siding. We were promised the company would return in a couple of days to complete the undone work and repair the unsightly damage and exposure they caused; but they never returned or responded to us. After a few months of this abandonment, we decided to contract the repairs and remaining work with other contractors' outfits. The damage Ochoa Roofing did here was an unexpected and very expensive headache to deal with. Then, now six months later, Ochoa Roofing has reached out for the remaining balance in full. Outrageous!! They have been unreasonable and difficult to deal with and offered me a very slight discount if I would not report this and warn other consumers. I was sadly mistaken in trusting that this company would take good care of our property, do good work and be reasonable to deal with. They did not take care of our property or repair the property damage they did here. After all our hardship and extra expense incurred, I would not be able to recommend doing business with this company! Only a star in order to post this review. Otherwise...zero stars!

He mentioned he would review the issue with Joe and arrange for someone to inspect the roof using a ladder. On Thursday, Mason told me Joe believed the issue was related to caulking around the exterior of the window and asked to return for more photos. I let him know I wasn't home, but gave permission for him to come by and take additional pictures (not sure if he even came). It's now been two weeks, and I haven't received follow-up from anyone with Joe Ochoa Roofing. I chose not to reach out due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. If the job was considered too small, I would have appreciated the honesty rather than being ignored. Fortunately, I found a reputable company who correctly diagnosed the issue--not caulking, but a hole in the roof. They repaired the damage and replaced all affected insulation and sheetrock. I'm grateful I went with them, as the problem was more serious than originally suggested.

It was obvious to Oscar when he climbed up on the roof that I was going to have to replace the whole roof. Oscar showed me the pictures and didn't charge me for coming out. Oscar then told me about Local roofing and Restoration. He told me that they do great work and he really trusts them when his customers need a new roof. I can't say enough great things about this company. First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. I am so thankful that I was referred to such a great company. It's tough to know who to trust with all the scammers out there. I will definitely be referring my family and when they have roof problems or need a new roof installed.

Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. Hello I have engaged…read moremighty dog roofing company on many occasions. The largest job they have done for me cost me $46k, the second largest $42,000/- then another for $12k and another for around $7k. The first job was for $42k finished about 3 years ago and the latest was $12k finished kess than 2 months ago. The last 3 jobs including the one I paid $46k for are leaking water after every rain event. I have called everyone I can at mighty dog and I keep hearing we are going out there today but nothing has happened for the last month. This is how mighty dog is treating a customer who has not only given them over $100k worth of business but has also been advertising and recommending them to their network for the last 3 years. I think I deserve better than that from them.
