Over the phone he helped me choose the right carpet for our master bedroom and sent me pictures and explained everything to me about the different types of carpets and even though i had lots of questions he never got frustrated with me - he honestly made me feel like i was his only customer that day and i was only buying one room of carpet! The carpet we had installed was pure white and after only three weeks we got a bad stain on it...i called him to buy more carpet and have half the room replaced so we wouldn't see repair/patch lines - but instead of selling me $300 worth of carpet he came to our house free of charge with some miracle spot cleaner and got the stain out!!! who does that?? I had carpet guys tell me that there was no way that stain was coming out. Lorne saved the day. Besides all that he's just an awesome person. These are people you WANT to do business with.
