Great presentation of options and materials, prompt replies to post-estimate questions. Best price on the new roof. Thorough communication. He was on-site for most of the 2-day process. When I struggled just getting so-called top-rated roofing companies to show for an estimate, I really appreciated David's service, concise selling (no BS), no gimmicks like "call these satisfied customers for $100 off". His crew was great and respectful too. Had a roofing friend check the roof a couple weeks after and he said it was all first-class work and materials.

Replacement of Rotted wood under the gutters . David took my call and next day he sent a crew to my house for free estimate. Mario came by and gave me an estimate. I felt he was very sincere when he told me what needs to be repaired and what can wait. Also, I asked him to look at some additional issues that was not found before the quotation. Mario was nice to help and fix the issue without extra charges. Working with Tetralto was easy and the quality of work is very good and they took the time to make sure all details are correct. Despite my pleading politely for a receipt, he flatly and profanely refused, citing my having emailed and called as grounds for his behavior and denial of a receipt. I even let him know I am a combat disabled veteran, and his aggressive and profane behavior was directly agitating to my health, but he never apologized or provided a receipt. The company workers left what amounted to a 5 gallon bucket worth of loose nails in my yard, resulting in two flat tires on my car. The owners son, Kyle, told me the vast amount of plastic trash from the shingle backing and plastic caps on the nails, did not need be picked up by the company because they would dissolve at the first rain, of course they did not. The workers smoked cigarettes covertly on the roof and threw their butts in my yard, when I questioned a worker who is smoking, he denied smoking. I later saw him smoking. I am physically disabled, it took me weeks to pick up all the nails, plastics, and cigarette butts. I never planned to complain or write an honest review, but John the owner cussing me with f bombs was so disrespectful, I simply was shocked. My family had multiple roofs done by this company, large sums of money paid, and the owner treated me with the utmost contempt and disrespect, denying me a receipt, simply for sending an email and following it up with a phone call. I urge any veteran, patriot, respectable person to be aware of the unprofessionalism

The insurance adjuster agreed that there had been hail damage and I was only going to have to pay my deductible for a brand new roof. Legacy did an excellent job answering all our questions from picking out the type shingles, to scheduling the repairs. Their estimates were in line with other roofing companies, but their service is what stood out to me and my family. Great job you now have a dedicated customer.

Jason, the owner, was extremely attentive and responsive from the very beginning. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the condition of my roof and the options available. What really stood out was how quickly he provided quotes and invoices, and how willing he was to work with me to find a fair and competitive price. Unlike many other roofing companies I contacted--who would only move forward if I was filing an insurance claim--Jason was willing to come out, assess the damage, and focus on exactly what I needed. He clearly explained what repairs were urgent and what could wait, which I truly appreciated. His team was professional, efficient, and did a great job on the repairs. Everything was completed on time, and Jason followed up with photos and communication throughout the process to make sure everything met expectations. Overall, the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service was excellent. I've recommended Jason and his company many times already and will continue to do so for any future roofing needs.

It was obvious to Oscar when he climbed up on the roof that I was going to have to replace the whole roof. Oscar showed me the pictures and didn't charge me for coming out. Oscar then told me about Local roofing and Restoration. He told me that they do great work and he really trusts them when his customers need a new roof. I can't say enough great things about this company. First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. I am so thankful that I was referred to such a great company. It's tough to know who to trust with all the scammers out there. I will definitely be referring my family and when they have roof problems or need a new roof installed.
