Amity Homes was exceptional in quality, scheduling, cost management, communication and working in conjunction with us to make our dream home a reality. My wife and I can't thank Fred and the Amity Homes team members enough for their thoughtfulness and continued commitment to our build. It has been a year since we obtained our occupancy permit and moved in. Fred still checks regularly to make sure there are no issues with the home. I have not needed their services as everything is working or standing the test of time flawlessly. Fred predicted it would take 12 - 18 months to complete the build once started. The actual build time was just a few days short of 12 months. This was a 3100 square foot stilt home on a canal. We couldn't be happier with the end result or Amity Homes.

His crew came in and treated her home and belongs with such care. He was a blessing to us.
