After selecting O&M Construction Services last week, they had my entire roof replaced today. That kind of turnaround speaks for itself. I was already familiar with their work, but this was my first time hiring them personally -- and they absolutely delivered. From the first consultation, the process was smooth and stress-free. They listened, worked with me every step of the way, and never made me feel like just another job on the schedule. Omar is an exceptional contractor -- professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. Jared was equally instrumental in making sure everything came together seamlessly from start to finish. Your roof is your home's first line of defense. It's not a place to cut corners or take chances. O&M gave me complete peace of mind knowing that one of my biggest assets is properly protected. If you're looking for a roofing contractor you can actually trust, look no further -- these are your people. read more

I am very pleased with the work completed by O&M Construction. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end, and I am extremely happy with my new roof. I highly recommend O&M Construction for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. Omar took the time to explain the insurance process and guided me through every step of my insurance claim, making the experience much less stressful. The owner personally met with me before the project began and thoroughly explained what would happen, including the materials that would be used. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my property. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very satisfied with the results and look forward to using O&M Construction again for future projects. Thank you to Omar and the entire team for a job well done! read more

We are happy with O&M construction LLC. Omar is a very nice guy and did Excellent job ! Highly recommend!

We recently had our roof replaced by O & M after a hail storm. Mr. Omar (company owner) was able to work exactly within my insurance company's estimate, with high-quality roofing materials that were equal to or better than what we had before. Mr. Omar is easily reachable on his mobile phone and quickly responds to questions via text message. His crew was on time, very polite and completed the job with great efficiency over an expected 2-day period. Also, their clean-up was impeccable! I'd highly recommend them for any roofing job. read more

Our roof was old, hurricane-damaged, with many peaks and valleys. Omar was well recommended by close friends, especially how well he worked with the insurance company we had. Jarrod, his roofing crew coordinator, made sure his best team worked on our roof. It was a huge job. I feel we now have a roof with premium materials and better ventilation, that should outlast us as owners. Omar is trustworthy, has many other useful services for a homeowner, and operates locally out of Stafford. I will likely use him for other improvements. read more

Omar & his crew did a fantastic job. Roof replacement was finished in 1& 1/2 days. The one thing that impressed me the most was how clean they kept the area around the house while working. Omar also worked with my insurance to provide the right & timely information to get the claim approved. I highly recommend O&M. read more

We recently had our roof replaced by O&M Construction. Omar visited with us and told us exactly what would be done, worked with the insurance appraiser personally and gave us a detailed estimate. The crew that did the work were fast and efficient. They covered our pool and flowerbeds with tarps and finished the job the same day they started it. The clean up was very thorough and complete. Our roof looks fantastic! We would highly recommend O&M Construction. read more

This last week we had our roof replaced by O&M Construction Services. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Omar was incredibly kind. He was quick in contacting the insurance company. He followed up promptly to let us know where our claim was in the process and he followed through on everything he discussed. The team he sent to work on our roof were hard working, and they did a very thorough job. My husband is very particular and he was extremely pleased with all their work. Thank you everyone who worked so hard to help us get a new roof! read more

First I used them to replace my roof and the service was excellent!! Referred them to 4 family member of which they replaced their roof! So I thought I would use them for the Texas winter storm redo of my bathroom. My main concern is that they replace hardwood floors in my bedroom and I have been trying to have them fixed since July of 2021. He came out 3 months ago...cut out a piece of wood and found that the glue is still wet, aftee a year! Omar will not answer my calls or he will text and say I will call u back and he does not or he might respond to you, just to passing you for another week or so, to buy him more time to ignore you. I bought the wooddloor, but not the glue!! I have my receipts. He is taking that he did not buy the glue either. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO AND WE agreed to 2 resolutions. .. I have called, texted...can not leave any messages and this is all to no avail. There are so many items that his guys messed up, broke and did not do properly. Roofing...he was great...but construction...for me it was a horrible experience. It is his lack of getting back with you and trying to help to solve the issue. I do not want to go to court...yet that is where I am headed. read more

In December 2021 we had O&M Construction Services install a new roof on our house due to hail damage and we are extremely pleased with the experience and quality of the work. Omar (the owner) was friendly, very knowledgeable, carefully walked us through the entire process, and worked with the insurance adjustor to qualify us for a claim. He provided clear explanations to my many questions.  At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Omar knew which options of shingle were acceptable to our HOA and guided us on which would look better. We chose Majestic Shake and it has improved the appearance of our house. The installation went quickly and professionally and was done on the agreed schedule. We are very happy with the roof and the overall experience and highly recommend O&M Construction. read more

This company was referred by Allstate using a service called MADSKY; a nationwide business that is supposed to simplify the repair process by utilizing a local contractor who bills the insured for the deductible only and paid directly by the insurance company for the balance ( wouldn't recommend them either; don't think they vet their contractors ). Well, it's BS. Omar showed up the following morning after the reported damage after a fallen branch from a windstorm impacted against the side of my house. He inspected the damage; said he would have tarp placed over damage soon as the tree branch is removed. He didn't describe the extent of the damage except that it will need '4 squares' of roofing. He said he would report to Allstate and I should hear something soon. That was 8 days ago. Not a word from anyone. Called Allstate; no report has been filed. Tree branch removed. No tarp; I took care of it. Pretty much ghosted me. Found someone w stellar reputation in the community to do the work. Now I gotta wait on Allstate. So much BS ! read more

Serious bully mentality. Unprofessional. If they manage to work at all half time pasdable half demands more money.

Robert Fulenwider (claims specialist) for O&M construction services ambushed my wife as she was setting up for a garage sale. He mentioned a hail impact event which she though had been recent. She tracked me down and the 3 of us met in the back yard. He wanted to get on our roof, problem was he had no ladders, tools or cameras. I let him use my ladders he was able to reach the patio roof which is 40' long and 10' wide, he could see no hail damage, the main roof was out of the question. He was happy to get back to earth for he was afraid of heights. Mary Jo and I look at one another and smiled. He pulled out a contract and requested a signature we both laughed, I got up to see him off the property, Mary Jo had no interest in signing anything. Seeing he was loosening a payday he relented and declared the contract nonbinding. He wanted his boss to inspect the main roof for hail impacted the next day. With a signature he could do this. I signed. Needless to say no one returned the next day. The event spiraled out of control, we are now in court. The company is a group of scam artiste preying on seniors. Stay away. read more
