In back, I noticed our spigot was loose so I opened a small section of the Hardie board and noticed wood rot underneath. Yikes! Similar issue near the bathroom pop out window. I contacted Cornerstone Cowboys for an estimate via Yelp and Carlos responded quickly. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie came out the next day to take a look at our issues and to come up with a game plan. I was sent the estimate and gave them the go ahead. Jesus arrived bright and early to start and the job finished in a reasonable time. The areas that were fixed look FANTASTIC. P.S. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie were super friendly. The one thing we wish we had was a little more clarification with the pricing/estimate prior to signing it. I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra. Regardless, we are happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider working with Cornerstone Cowboys. They replaced our roof in March 2023. We had some maintenance done on our water heaters earlier this year and found out the venting to the roof was not done correctly by the roofers. I tried reaching out to Prodigy multiple times. Their phone number just goes to a generic answering service and no one calls back. They also do not reply to emails. Others on the Facebook group have similar experiences when trying to get in contact with them.

The owner, Alejandro, gave me a detailed bid, more specific than I've seen from most gutter and landscape companies. It was a fair price - a little more than expected but within range, and it turned out to be very worth it. The gutters were full of silt/decomposed leaves and it was a hard job to get them entirely clean. The crew were knowledgeable, highly competent, and responsive to everything I said or wanted.
