I called them Wednesday, they came out Thursday to do inspection and give an estimate. I reviewed the estimate, they answered every question I had and compared their proposal to others I received and was impressed and signed the agreement. They came out this morning and walked me through the process then got to work. Daniel(owner) was onsite and explained where they were at throughout multiple phases. They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. There was still finishing work that needed to be done. For several weeks I would reach out asking when the work would be completed and was given the answer of "let me look at the calendar and get back to you." Eventually I stopped communicating with Jasper and went directly to Cristian and he told me that they had under charged us for the job. I told him I was sorry to hear that but we have a signed contract at that price and when will the work be completed. He said he'd get back to us. It's been months now and nothing. My advice is DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETELY FINISHED.
