Tamer was very rude to us, he expects us to come in and just order right away, you cannot explore all options they have, you should not ask questions, you are expected to know everything. No markings for names or sizes on all slabs, so you have to ask what they are if you are a beginner like me. Since we wanted 6 - 7 slabs, of course I need some help, Tamer was not willing to spend atleast 5 mins patiently, he was rude, condescending, pushes us to buy right that moment. He even made fun of us for coming a second time, stating you did not last time so I will increase the price, we felt mocked. We drove from Austin , and 8hr round trip twice as wanted to do business with them. He was patient with another white customer who had tons of questions but maybe profiled us, no one should feel this way. If Tamer does not want to spend time ask another associate to help us, why be mean and mock people? Stay away from these folks! You may find the prices really tempting but these folks sell substandard slabs with lot of fillers in the stone and cracks too! The customer service, especially from the guy named Cameren is really pathetic!!! He wants to try out all of 90s carsales man tactics, being pushy and intimidating! There are no set prices here and it all depends on the mood of these great sales men. For the same slab, the price varied from $2300 to $2400 to $2000 and finally to $2800, when I got are ready to pay! The reason, ' you took too long to decide!" I am sorry but I don't buy such expensive products everyday !!! N it seems a sin to think little longer to decide, from their stupid perspective!!! It felt extremely pushy to start off and then it went to extremely rude when I wanted to check out all 5 quartzite slabs that I wanted to buy! Screw these idiots!!! Super scam alert! Sienna did not tell us the 3 slabs we wanted to place on hold were in the "broken/cracked section" and we could not see them fully at the time we wanted to place a hold. We found out by mistake, from another worker, when we returned to look them over more closely. They do not even circle the cracks on these slabs and they are hard to spot. Our fabricator pointed them out. Sienna was out to make a buck and didn't care about us. She also charged us double for 1 slab of granite because it was the last one and she knew we liked it. We checked other places and our contractor called on the same color and got a quote for almost half. Also, the former piece we got, for our bathroom, had deep scratches where the straps held the quartzite during transport and they kept the straps on the piece to hide the scratches (looking like it just came off the truck). It was too late once it was fabricated. Once again, they did not protect us with truth or they switched the slab. Our fabricator says he does not like this place because his customers complain about the "on hold", "sold" and "stored" pieces fading from sitting in the sun too long. He says they don't care about customer satisfaction and do not have the best reputation. This business is cut-throat and greedy...not worried about your satisfaction or your loyalty. We still need 4 more pieces to finish our home and we will not be buying them here. I would rather pay more than to ever shop here again. They are not trustworthy. We even feel violated by their unethical and greedy business practices. Purchase at your own risk but do not buy unless a professional can look at the slabs first and pick up your piece as soon as possible so there is no chance of a switcher-rooo scam. read more

We selected our slabs with JR weeks in advance and prepaid. My fabricator was given cheaper slabs instead and told ours had been sold and they wouldn't be getting any additional slabs. Never do business with these douche bags! We selected Grade 3 granite from them and they were supposed to hold it for our reconstruction company (had to rebuild our kitchen after the freeze). Cabinets were delayed so we placed an extension on our hold so they would not be sell them to others. THEY SOLD THEM ANYWAY. We only found out when our countertop installer went there today to pick the material up for installation.
