He is really down to earth, informative, and made my husband & I feel very comfortable... at one point, he was sharing a story and we felt like we've known him for years! He carefully and specifically explained all the specs of the mattresses we were interested and helped us figure out if it'll benefit us in every form ie. back problems, sleeping position, etc. He is definitely funny and charismatic, and that won us over. We walked in just to window-shop but left with a California King mattress coupled with the bed frame adjuster and a GREAT deal that we couldn't pass up! Deal so great that it felt like a wedding gift! In conclusion, though there are many Mattress Firms all over Houston, this is definitely a location you would want to visit! Thanks again Kevin!!!

It was a bad day for the poor lady. We went in the next day and Michael was in to help us. Michael was great! He helped us complete our credit application, he gave us his opinion on the best mattress for us and I'm so happy we listened to him. We originally went in looking for something very firm. He did advise us that people go in looking for firm and end up returning the mattress to get something softer. We listened to him and ended up getting something a little less firm and we are happy we took his advice. There was a promotion going on with a free adjustable base that we took advantage of and also a luxury cooling bed bundle with sheets, pillows and mattress protector. Michael was not in any way a pushy salesperson but let us know of the promotion vs the retail value, the quality of the products, explained to us the warranty the product had and at first we declined it but after feeling how cool and soft the Tencel sheets were and looking more at the pillows he showed us the different features of the pillow which are totally worth the price. We set up for delivery and the earliest delivery was 2 days later which wasn't bad. We were very excited for our new mattress and Michael did advise that we should receive a call the day before delivery before 8 PM. I forgot this and called Michael and he was more than happy to look it up and confirm the appointment time. He wasn't bothered by it at all. We love our new mattress, with the adjustable base, our pillows and our sheets are wonderful! No hotel compares to our bed now. We did have a small problem with the fitted sheet though, the sheets are from a company called PURE, they are Tencel. We washed them for the first time and followed the care instructions to a T. When I put the sheets on the bed I noticed the fitted sheet looked like the color wore off, like a tye-dye but the flat sheet and pillowcases were looking great so I think it was a defect with the sheet. NO WORRIES THOUGH! I remembered the warranty the sheets had, I registered my product and called the customer service center with PURE. Great service there too! They knew my name because my number was hooked up with my registration when I called, within minutes I received an email they wanted a few pics of the sheet, the pic of the tag, and packaging if it was still available (I threw mine away though) sent the email and 5 minutes later I get a response stating my sheets will be sent via UPS and I was provided tracking information. Unbelievable how easy that was, I was expecting a fight, 21 questions, waiting a month but I didn't get that at all. Just customer service all around. From beginning to end from Mattress Firm to the sheet company.
