Before long we were testing floor models and decided to take home some fabrics of leather. Ordered a couch with reclining ends, and two separate recliners. Custom high quality leather and the different options allowed us to pick our finishes. Brien told us about 3 months custom order, but order arrived in 9 weeks. Brien's knowledge, expertise and patience made the process seamless. Very pleased with our new leather furniture!

Beyond the furniture being uncomfortable and not what we hoped for appearance-wise, it has not held up well. A repairman came out to address the sagging of the leather on the back of the sofa but informed me that it would happen again as soon as I used my recliner so it wasn't worth fixing. I don't usually recline the seat, so the unevenness and sagging (pictured below) seems excessive. On a positive note, the staff is very pleasant even though they were unable to remedy any of our problems.

I can't recommend Wilson's Appliances in Conroe enough! We have purchased so many things from them…read moreover the years, and they are always my first choice when we need a new appliance. And now they're so close to my house in Willis! We've bought our king-size mattress, our Speed Queen washer and dryer, a freezer, and multiple refrigerators from Wilson's. I'm actually on my second refrigerator from them now, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's probably my favorite refrigerator I've ever owned, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat. One thing I really appreciate about Wilson's is how much time they take to actually listen to what you want--even the little "silly" requests that might not seem important to someone else. When I was looking for a refrigerator, one of my very specific requests was that I wanted to be able to open just ONE door and still reach the crisper drawer. I didn't want to have to open both French doors every time I needed something out of it. They listened, understood exactly what I meant, and helped me find one that worked exactly the way I wanted. It was the same when I was choosing our Speed Queen washer. I had questions about getting a washing machine with an agitator versus one without, and instead of just telling me which one to buy, they walked me through the pros and cons of each so I could decide what was actually best for our family. They really take the time to help you find what you want while also making sure you're getting something that is good quality and built to last. That kind of personal service is exactly why we've gone back to Wilson's again and again over the years. If you're looking for a locally owned appliance store in Conroe, TX for a refrigerator, washer and dryer, freezer, mattress, or other home appliances, I highly recommend Wilson's Appliances. I'm so excited to see them open their new Conroe location and could not recommend them more!
