A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF THAT REALLY HELPED US! We needed to call twice and each time I received incredible service! The first call was with a recliner issue and the second call was regarding a bent leg on a patio sofa. I have been dealing with multiple eye surgeries (9) and didn't see the bent leg until after I water proofed all the cushions and even tried to touch up a small scratch because I didn't want to bother the service people. It was only after I did that was when my wife noticed the bent leg! My wife suggested I call Customer service and tell them everything that happened. I was lucky to be connected to Darlene, a service rep in Colorado who listened to my situation and was able to help me. She was extremely friendly and understanding. Although there was two of them, only one attempted to move my existing California King from the master hitting my TV as the second dragged my new $4200 handmade California King across my driveway and living room of my house. One of the existing frames needed to be removed and they looked at me like I needed to do it even though I paid for "platinum" install. They didn't have tools so yes, I did it. If you have the ability, don't pay for added service. It is a waste of your money and just frustrates you.
