Israel was consistently keeping an eye on things and was very accommodating when we made changes or additions to the job. Krystal, our designer, was much more essential than I originally expected. She has a great sense of style and understood our vision. I trusted her immediately and we figured out all the design materials quite easily. Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit.
