I have been to several different Tractor Supply stores all over the place and have to say that this particular store has the absolute nicest staff members I have ever encountered. More than once I have come here looking for a specific item and these people will go above and beyond to help you find it, I wish I knew their names so I could post that here for them to know that they are very much appreciated and because of them we will keep coming back. read more

This location recently had some remodeling done and I absolutely love the new set up. I have been coming here a little over a year to get my dog food and have always been greeted and assisted with whatever needs I may have. They staff working the front are always kind and the mobile vet clinic that comes out is wonderful as well. read more

Always friendly staff, but no ammo... wish they had ammo. My biggest gripe is getting propane. Its hit or miss if the one guy who has the key is there or not. I realize you need special training to fill propane, but come on, train some people! Invest in your staff for Pete's sake. read more

i never been to this store before in my life until my son fell in love with a dirt bike sold by this company. when we walked in we were welcomed by the big smile of carmen who took us under her wings and made our purchase very easy.. With patience and kindness she answered to all our questions with knowledge and competence. she is definitely a big asset for this store. it's not easy to find people that live their job and doing it in a aswome way. placed an order for curbside pickup to try to be a responsible Corona person and my order UNBEKNOWNST TO ME got split between 2 different stores. The store that I ORDERED from got the chicken feed but some other RANDOM store got my other 4 items. Same order #. The store I WANTED to order from had ALL my items in spades so there was no reason for a split order. So I had to shop for all my items all over again totally shitting on the curbside service theory. To make matters WORSE the 17 year old kids you've got working there told me that they would cancel my order at the other store since I had to shop for my own stuff again. However 2 days later I get an email to pick up my stuff at the random store. When I called THEM the lady acted like I pooped in her fruit loops and cancelled my order all the while chastising me because "they didn't actually charge my card, the money was just on hold because you promised the store that money". That is unacceptable. That's MY money held up for DAYS because of an error by YOUR staff who then chewed me out for THEIR mistake. I will NEVER set foot in your terribly run store again. Every single thing you sell I can get at 10 different places and since you can't seem to learn computers or train your staff to be courteous I'm not giving TSC another dime of my money and I'll make sure anyone interested hears my TSC tail of woe. read more

I was in there today buying supplies. A lady at the checkout had a large dog with her that pooped all over the checkout area. She said she'd go out to her truck and get cleaning items to remedy it. No one on the staff did anything and customers checking out had to smell that and watch where they stepped. I left a few minutes after and the woman with the dog was in the parking lot chatting it up on her cell. What ever happened to manners? Common courtesy? Businesses that are proactive enough to not ever let this happen. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have a decent selection and quality products but there is never anyone who is available to help. Also they never have enough cashiers on staff so along with waiting forever to get questions answered you have to wait in line way too long for a tractor supply style store read more

Went Saturday and cashier didn't greet anyone she was too busy talking to some guy I had to ask her to page someone to go to chicks as I wanted to buy several and no one came after a while a y'all older gentleman was at counter and we had still been there waiting looked me dead in the eye never said I'll be right with you or can I help you or have you been helped , he just walked away from us and asked someone "can I help you with anything ?" People are rude and incompetent that's for sure ! What a waste! read more

We live in Houston and we were working on the trees for a hospice in Conroe when we ran out of bar & chain oil. We found this store and loved it. They sold me oil, deer feeder corn and baby western wear overalls for my son. I would have bought more cool stuff if I had more cash. Great place to find the things we need for around the house/ranch/farm. We needed a new axle for our trailer. Checked 2 other 'trailer' shops in Conroe. One didn't have what we needed in stock and the other was way too high. TS had everything we needed and $60 cheaper. They also gave us the new Ag exempt forms we need to fill out to continue our tax exempt status for farm use. read more

Do not purchase a full replacement warranty here!! They fail to inform you that the full replacement is not applicable until three years after the purchase date. Absolutely no truth in advertising here. My lawnmower is less than one year old, and all I get is the run around, worst system ever. Tells me they do not stand behind their products at all. read more
