When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!

Not helpful, will follow you around but when asked simple questions about wood working to help my purchase they will suddenly have little to no "expertise". To me I doubt that's the truth but they were so focused on catching me if I was stealing that they were unable to reframe their bias when asked for their assistance. To me, it seems like they should all be retrained but we all know the older generation is incapable of changing their mindset. It really sucks that Rockler, a large and well-known high-quality woodworking organization that is the best and one of the only options in this area has workers like this. It's a shame and is a hindrance to a hobby I want to participate in.

Coincidentally, I stumbled upon this location totally by accident. I had no idea it existed until I randomly saw their sign. They have a plethora woodworking tools that every woodworker needs in his/her shop. Table saws, lathes, dust collectors, routers are just the beginning of the long list of tools they have. They have various brands such as SawStop, Jet, and Delta. They also have a wide range of items for the woodturner. They have a wide selection of pen blanks if that is something you enjoy doing. I personally do not own a lathe (yet). However, a friend has been teaching me the beginning stages of turning. So far, the only thing I have turned are pens (see my photos). If you are not into woodworking, they still have stuff for you. For instance, they have a wide array of cabinet knobs and handles that you just won't find in the big box stores. They also have ladder kits for bookshelves (I really want one). My next larger purchase is going to be a SawStop table saw. If you are a woodworker and have not heard of a SawStop saw, you need to look up the "sawstop weenie" video on YouTube. Bottom Line: This place is a woodworkers playground. They have everything from A-Z. They also have an array of other hardware items that you probably won't find at big box retailers. If you are into woodworking or simply remodeling your house, you should stop in here for a quick gander. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I had a bent will on my camper. I was trying to find a little tire shop that repaired a wheel for…read moreme last year but it was closed due to the whole COVID-19 deal. I drove a little farther and saw Trout Trailer. it is one of those little places that you drive by a hundred times and don't really notice. But it is exactly what I needed. The tech said he would try to bend the wheel back into shape and see if it would hold the tire but that failed. When I asked if they had a replacement wheel they did. And it was only 40 bucks plus tire installation. exactly matches the other wheels on my camper and I was out the door and rolling in about 20 minutes. They sell trailers, repair trailers, fix wheels and tires on trailers, and can fix trailer brakes electrical parts etc. when it's time for me to get my trailer brakes worked on I am definitely coming back. I was pleased to do business with them.
