Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. They are honest, fast, efficient, professional and offer fair, reasonable pricing. Thanks Melanie and Rim Repair Houston!
