I've been to this location in Montgomery right off of 105 for oil changes and engine problems, skipping the dealership. Also able to remove my spare tire from rusted carrier and replace the spare. Very friendly and helpful. Please don't ask people to pay up front for tires they don't have.

And as usual, I had another wonderful experience. This was my first time at the Montgomery location. Although they looked busy, Dale greeted me right away and took care of me. He checked all of the tires for leaks, etc., filled them all with air, and turned off the warning light. I sat comfortably in an air conditioned waiting area and before I knew it, Dale explained it all to me and right away had my car waiting for me up front. The politeness and professionalism is amazing! I'm a customer for life. Thank you, Dale, and the Discount Tire team for making me feel appreciated as a customer. By Wednesday, after driving no more than 20 miles on local roads and on the way to take my 11 month old to daycare, my brake light flashed on and immediately I lost braking ability. They felt as if I was pushing on a sponge. I was able to get the vehicle to a local Ford dealership who quickly identified that one of the main suspension bolts was out on backwards which pinned and eventually cracked my brake fluid lines causing the brakes to go. I reported to Xlusive within the hour who stated they would pay for the repairs if they could do the repairs themselves. In this process, the local manager admitted that the bolt had been placed on backwards. The following day around 1pm, Xclusive called to inform me that they had finally reached out to the dealership (took a bit as they were searching for a part that they ordered incorrectly) and the repair had already been completed. Now, this local manager backed out of taking any ownership in the issue because "he didn't want to pay what the local Ford store was charging" and "I should have not let them do the repairs". He then proceeded to tell me that they put the wrong tires on my car (more valuable) and I should even itself out. So, what he told me was Xclusive not only could not handle the leveling kit, but they could not even handle the tires either. At the end, after the manager declined to help after a took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and told me that he had a lawyer also and we could go talker route. Beware when looking to hire Xclusive for what should be simple job.

Our Insurance adjuster commented on the thorough estimate and the supplemental estimates necessary after everything was disassembled. He said the attention to detail was very noteworthy. it was ready when promised. As we picked it up they noticed the backup light on the left side was defective on the replaced part. I came in for one simple request: to have my coolant topped off so I could drive my car to my regular mechanic who just completed a full inspection in October. Instead, they kept my car for almost two hours, despite me repeatedly asking what the delay was and reminding them I only needed the coolant topped off. I was then told they "couldn't see where the leak was" and would need to take parts apart to locate it. I clearly told them NO and again stated that I was taking the car elsewhere. They then said they would just top it off. Thirty more minutes later, they told me my car was ready and charged me $74.25. When I asked what work was done, they claimed they "fixed one leak" but said there was another leak that would require more time and money. That makes no sense, because when I arrived, there were only minor drops. After leaving their shop, the leak was suddenly much worse, and nearly all of the coolant they added leaked out. I brought my car in with a simple request and left with a bigger problem than I started with. This experience felt misleading and unnecessary, and I would not recommend this place especially to women unless you are prepared to closely monitor everything they do.
