The first time, my expectations were low because a driver had badly scuffed my rims, and I had never needed this type of repair on one of my cars before. But both times Jonathan came out to repair the rims on my Tesla Model 3 Performance, he went above and beyond and made them look brand new again. The pricing is very fair, especially if you're having multiple wheels repaired, and they also offer repeat-customer discounts. By Wednesday, after driving no more than 20 miles on local roads and on the way to take my 11 month old to daycare, my brake light flashed on and immediately I lost braking ability. They felt as if I was pushing on a sponge. I was able to get the vehicle to a local Ford dealership who quickly identified that one of the main suspension bolts was out on backwards which pinned and eventually cracked my brake fluid lines causing the brakes to go. I reported to Xlusive within the hour who stated they would pay for the repairs if they could do the repairs themselves. In this process, the local manager admitted that the bolt had been placed on backwards. The following day around 1pm, Xclusive called to inform me that they had finally reached out to the dealership (took a bit as they were searching for a part that they ordered incorrectly) and the repair had already been completed. Now, this local manager backed out of taking any ownership in the issue because "he didn't want to pay what the local Ford store was charging" and "I should have not let them do the repairs". He then proceeded to tell me that they put the wrong tires on my car (more valuable) and I should even itself out. So, what he told me was Xclusive not only could not handle the leveling kit, but they could not even handle the tires either. At the end, after the manager declined to help after a took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and told me that he had a lawyer also and we could go talker route. Beware when looking to hire Xclusive for what should be simple job.

I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.

Took it to Discount Tire and they recommended taking it to Absolute Wheel to see if they could fix it before having to fork over $400 to replace the wheel. Guys were awesome and very professional. When we arrived they checked the wheel, confirmed they could fix it, and did it while we enjoyed a movie in their waiting area and got all the love love from the adorable French Bulldog in the office. The only drawback is now my boyfriend really wants a Frenchie of our own LOL Highly recommend!
