BEWARE OF XCLUSIVE WHEEL & TIRE CONROE!!! Love your family? Don't go here!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! Had a lift done, new tires & rims and let's just say a whole different shop had to attempt to fix our issues. They left 90% of my bolts loose, wires hanging, my brake lines zip tied as well as taking my complete air ride system out! I have a 2015 Yukon XL 4X4 Denali!! They left us and others unsafe to be on the road, we have 3 small children ourselves! Others are having some of the same issues! They charged us for items then refused refund!! Try to contact ANYONE within their 4 locations or the OWNERS involving matters, they will get hostile, ignore you, "Ban" you & say they will press charges if we continue to reach out!! We are handling matters within courts etc.. PLEASE keep your families safe from going to this establishment!!! Thank you! read more

Xclusive Wheels and Tires - After tires and lift - Tires Near Me - Montgomery, Texas

On 5/23, I had Xclusive Wheels and Tires install a simple leveling kit, wheels, tires on my 2021 Ford Bronco. The installation went smoothly and vehicle looked great. By Wednesday, after driving no more than 20 miles on local roads and on the way to take my 11 month old to daycare, my brake light flashed on and immediately I lost braking ability. They felt as if I was pushing on a sponge. I was able to get the vehicle to a local Ford dealership who quickly identified that one of the main suspension bolts was out on backwards which pinned and eventually cracked my brake fluid lines causing the brakes to go. I reported to Xlusive within the hour who stated they would pay for the repairs if they could do the repairs themselves. In this process, the local manager admitted that the bolt had been placed on backwards. The following day around 1pm, Xclusive called to inform me that they had finally reached out to the dealership (took a bit as they were searching for a part that they ordered incorrectly) and the repair had already been completed. Now, this local manager backed out of taking any ownership in the issue because "he didn't want to pay what the local Ford store was charging" and "I should have not let them do the repairs". He then proceeded to tell me that they put the wrong tires on my car (more valuable) and I should even itself out. So, what he told me was Xclusive not only could not handle the leveling kit, but they could not even handle the tires either. At the end, after the manager declined to help after a took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and told me that he had a lawyer also and we could go talker route. Beware when looking to hire Xclusive for what should be simple job. read more

I must admit, I'm quite impressed with their ability to smooth out a bad situation. This shop is very reputable to me for that reason. I always respect honor & decency. I had a few minor issues with a few items I had done here, but Abe was able to get me fixed up. Came here a few months ago to get some new tires, wheels, lift & a bed cover for my new truck. My wheels are beautiful, well matched for my truck and are working out well, no issues there. As far as the tires, I went with their featured Predator 35x12.5x20 AT tires after being convinced they're pretty good & comparable to the Nitto's. These tires ride decent but are a little loud on smooth/new pavement. Wish I went with the Nitto's but it's all good. I'll see what happens after a rotation. Not a big issue. I got a 3.5" lift that went ok but later decided to upgrade to a 6" lift both because the tires were rubbing despite quite a bit of cutting and I wanted a higher lift. I had a few issues with my 6" inch lift. It appears something may have happened during installation or alignment because when I got my truck back, all type of alerts were going off & it was stuck in 4x4. Fortunately, whatever happened, I was still under warranty so the dealership was able to fix it for free. I'm not really sure what happened here but I was able to get it addressed. Lastly, the Bed Cover. I was debating between a tri-fold & retractable. Abe convinced me to check out the Rough Country retractable cover so that's what I went with. Had problems with it since day 1. Within a month it became unaligned and within 2 it completely stopped retracting. Brought it back to them both times and they actually made it worse. After discussing this issue with Abe and several miscommunications, he was able to get this addressed for me. I can't say my experience was 100% perfect but I really appreciate Abe for being patient and helping me to get my issues resolved. Abe is a stand up guy, down to earth, mellow and helpful. read more

I was searching for tires on Facebook marketplace and ran across Xclusive wheels and tires. Sent a message and immediately contacted by Ethan. He was so helpful and considered my budget. Wasn't trying to sell expensive tires and up sale me. Only concerned with what I needed at a price I could afford. Because of his customer service I drove 45 minutes to Baytown. Once there he was extremely helpful and professional. Actually lowered the price on a nice set of used tires because mine were dry rotted. Installation went smoothly and I love the tires at a price I could afford. They use snap finance which makes financing easy.. Thank you Ethan! You're professionalism and honesty will have me coming back for all my truck needs. read more

Our tire had picked up a screw at around six o'clock in the evening. Xclusive Wheels and Tires were open and able to help us patch the wheel. They provided excellent service in a very short amount of time, especially at the end of their day. We are very appreciative of their service and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

Had a new lift put on my truck with new wheels and tires. The tires and wheels that were on my truck were still new with the little tabs still on the tread, but they were too big. I didn't have a trailer to haul them home with me and the manager said I could leave them there and they would help me sell them. They sent me text messages with the pictures they were using and the price of $2500. They sold my wheels and tires and refuse to give me the money. The new version of the story is that they don't sell "used" tires and that they lost the wheels and tires. I have texted and called and they now refuse to return my requests for a call or resolution stating they have no idea what happened to the wheels and tires. Do not trust this shop. read more

Excellent service from the sales individual. But most importantly the quality of the work they did was top notch. Had my truck in and out within a reasonable time frame for a leveling kit and brand new tires! read more
