I took my commercial van to this location based on their comprehension estimate. It took 2 and1/2…read moremonths trying to get the funds to pay them. During that time the staff were hospitable, gracious, and understanding. Once I was able to pay for the parts, they took that payment but did not obtain parts nor begin work for nearly another two months. It took them 2 and1/2 months to get parts and complete the body work with partial and incomplete engine/motor system diagnostics and work. This company failed to do the work promised and billed nor did the keeo and provide me with the parts the allege to have replaced, although was a term for my acceptance of the job. They also refused to produce invoices for the parts they allege to have purchased and installed, as I requested. They also charged me an additional one thousand dollars. The owner made me a verbal offer to correct one deficit, but I told him I feared returning to them. Given the incomplete and poor workmanship, I was forced to go to another merchant as he suggested, due to my uneasiness. This business failed to comply with our signed agreement. Steer clear! Jesus said tell them of His love for them and leave this business to Him. I've done just that. I wouldn't give them even one star but the system requires it.

I called for an appointment at Byrd and brought my truck in this morning. I ask for a front and rear brake job, to rotate my tires and perform an all wheel alignment and to check the rear tire for a slow leak. These folks are true professionals. They informed me that I had 40% and 60% of my front and rear brakes pads remaining, (the truck has 82K mikes on it) and therefore I did not need brakes at this time. They rotated the tires and put the truck on the alignment machine. They told me no alignment adjustment was required. I expected to pay for the hours of work that was done to check my vehicle. I got the bill and was surprised that $0.00 amount was due. I actually challenged Tim and said i needed to pay something. He said no all they had done was a complimentary inspection. I appreciate honesty. when they could have followed my directions and replaced all the brakes and on top of that charged me for an alignment. Wow ...they are some honest folks. I took my FOrd F150 to them because my regular mechanic was taking vacation when my AC went out…read more They charged me a diagnostic fee to look at it and said there was a big problem with the entire system. They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.

Mark F. I installed…read morea pickup truck bed cover that I purchased online for my 2024 GMC Sierra. While attempting to install it, I could not get the bed cover panels to latch. I called the internet company for assistance, and they referred me to Innovative Collision and Accessories to see if they could make an adjustment on the cover to make it latch correctly. I brought the truck in and Roger and his technicians worked quickly to determine what the problem was and made the proper adjustment to the bed cover rails.
