Unfortunately I've had two different vehicles here three times in the last two yrs. So why go back other than I'm a dumb*** and use my truck as a battering ran, because they do really good work. Pricing is fair and worked well with the insurance companies. Turn around was quick considering the damage. They kept me informed as to their progress. Body work was so good, very hard to tell it was ever damaged. There is a rental car in their ofc, if needed. It's independent so 1st CC has nothing to do with them. read more

I am blown away by the service provided to me by the both the Conroe and Houston 1st Choice Collision facilities. Dan asked my permission to send the car to the Houston office because it could get repaired faster. They drove it to Houston for the repair and back to the Conroe office when completed. I was kept advised every few days about the progress and even sent a picture. When the repairs were completed (several days earlier than promised) they offered the option to bring the car to me or have me pick it up. This was my time dealing with an accident but Cody was very professional and always answered any questions I had. Some of the parts were delayed but I can't get mad at them for that. I do not understand how this place has such positive reviews. The quality of their work is a nightmare. We had to take my car back to the shop twice to have them redo the painting. My husband has dealt with numerous body shops/collision centers and this place by far is the worst! The employees were super nice and willing to "try again", but I just feel like they should get it right the first time. Eventually, we gave up... I am tired of them making my car WORSE, so I'll just pay to have someone else fix it. My spoiler is on crooked, the paint is already starting to bubble, the trunk lining doesn't fit like it should, I had to actually REPLACE my windshield even though they shouldn't have even touched it, and the paint on the door doesn't exactly match the rest of the car. I'm frustrated and out of pocket a lot of money. I absolutely HATE leaving bad reviews, especially since they were so nice, but I wanted to save some of you from going through the same experience. read more

Had a fantastic experiences both times I went here. They communicate extremely well and are actually on your side to make the repairs/custom work as cheap as possible. Just took them a custom bumper that I had ordered and didn't fit perfect. It fit about 85%. Brought it to them and they knocked it up to 98% and got it back to me within three days looking like a dream come true. Had a great experience there today - the staff, especially Myron, my Service Professional, and even Debbie, the front desk receptionist, are professional, competent, capable, yet also very friendly, almost like being in their living room! I brought in a minor structural issue, which they repaired in the same day, and my actual bill ended up being much less than they had quoted me! Wow, that's unusual right? 1st Choice Collision was recommended by my auto dealer when my car was damaged recently. Our insurance company also works with them, so I was able to easily use them for my body shop repairs. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They're very professional, handled things quickly and their phone follow up, updates and general customer service were exceptional. They have Enterprise Car Rental onsite and they were also terrific to deal with. Marshall, Charles and the whole group of employees was super friendly and great to work with, and most importantly, they finished ahead of schedule and the work looked great! You just don't have this good of an experience very often (or ever) with auto repair these days. After a minor accident we brought our suburban into the repair center. We were pleased with the friendly staff, who we felt went above and beyond to keep us up to date on the status of our vehicle. The rental vehicle was ready and waiting for us when we dropped ours off for repair, and we were able to leave it there for the rental company to pick up when our vehicle was ready...just a little extra step that saved us some time. 1st Choice repaired our vehicle quickly and we were more then happy with the results. read more

** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP***My 2016 Toyota Highlander went in for vandalism repairs at First Choice Collision. We dropped of the vehicle on July 20th, they did not started contacting my insurance until the following week. As the weeks went by we had the most horrible customer service experience by their rep Dustin, as he was not informed on the status of my vehicle. After three weeks of back and forth calls with my insurance company, missing work, having my insurance agent come out and look at my vehicle with me we got the vehicle approve for work on the left side were the vandalism damages had occurred. Two days later we received a call from their regional manager Drew telling me that I needed to go to the shop as my insurance company had not approved the work and he had found additional damages to my vehicle. As I was very baffled with the information I was provided, I left work to address the issue. Getting to the shop I found out Drew had sent their driver Marshall to go get my husband from his job and bring him over to there shop. After speaking with Drew he found three factory paint specs on the right side vehicle underneath the quarter glass that he was saying needed to get repair as they were part of the damages. As my husband and I explained to him the damages were only in one side and not the other, we spoke to the insurance company and he pushed for the whole car to get repainted. Well, after going through that as the customer you expect the nightmare to be over, but that was not the case... I have had to take the vehicle back more than 4 times to get repair for damages on the paint job caused by their poor workmanship as well my chrome piece, right quarter glass has gotten changed more than 3 times for damage part or for poor workmanship. As every time I take my vehicle in to get repair for an issue they have caused another arises. Now Cody (believe his dad owns the shop) is saying they will not repair the issues his employees have cause to my vehicle. All the issues are not due to the vandalism, they are on the right side now that had no damages that First Choice Collision and their vendors has worked on again and again. There attitude across has been very derogatory and unprofessional. I took in my car to get repair for the damages it occurred, but never expected that I was going to be receiving it back with additional damages due to poor workmanship. With all the new damages due to poor workmanship on the paint job, and other pieces they have damage, the value of my car has devalued significantly. read more
