First impressions are very important and her pleasant, professional and friendly attitude really put me at ease and set the tone for the service that I would receive. I was introduced to my Adjuster, Marcos who while soft spoken was very professional and laid out how everything would work to get my car repaired. I was updated as promised and everything was complete within the time frame that I had been given. A week after my car had been repaired, I noticed something that was not done correctly so the following Monday morning I returned to Caliber Collision and was met with the same positive attitude from Casey who immediately contacted Marcos who verified the error and had it corrected in the time it took to step out for a quick breakfast. I was very happy with the service that I received from Casey and Marcos at Caliber Collision and if something should every happen to my car again that requires body repair, I will definitely be returning to this Caliber Collision location in hopes of the same great service.

Caliber Collision pressed me into accepting my vehicle with subpar work, saying only a minor piece of trim was missing, it was not visible and would be installed in 30 minutes and it would be there in a couple weeks. I reluctantly agreed, 2 weeks came and went. No part had arrived. One month passed by, same result. I mentioned to the Caliber Collision there were also discrepancies in the work completed that I wanted to point out and get corrected. I was told they would fix them when the trim piece would be installed. Eventually Caliber Collision told me they would call me when the trim piece arrived. 4 months went by, I called to touch base. 6 months, a year, 2 years. I went back to Caliber Collision multiple times to plead my case, and speak with management (difficult to get a hold of) eventually I got a face-to-face and after I explained my situation and they were dismissive. They attempted to say the cleanliness of my vehicle was an issue but at the time of review it was raining for 3 days. I was not going to have my clean. They acted as if it wasn't there problem but yet advised they would call me back to fix the issues. I regret not getting this in writing but I will bring this up to my insurance and go from there. I regret choosing Caliber Collision.

Charged me 150 to tell me this info. I didn't believe them and told them to put it back together and I would get a second opinion. Took it to a body shop in Montgomery. They too couldn't find the leak, but said it was not the A/C pan. Charged me 225 and did not fix. I was then recommended to call SS. Told them the problem. He told me that they would not charge me 1 cent if he couldn't find the issue. I left the car with him and Before I got home, he called me and sent a video of the leak. He found it. He repaired it and dried out the carpet and fixed everything for like $1200. Over $2000 less that the dealer wanted and it turned out not to be the issue the dealer said it was. They are honest, quality service, and great value. Highly recommended

All-in-all I am impressed enough that I am headed back in the same week for work I need done on my other vehicles.

Collision Solution in Conroe, Texas is the place to go. All of the above is what I look for in a business and it will keep me coming back every time and recommend them to others. When I took my Nissan truck there, I was immediately impressed with Kari (the owner) when she greeted me. I knew she really knew her stuff. I was impressed by her professionalism and her knowledge of the business. I was given a really great price and was told what day it would be ready. The great price I was quoted is what I paid (Honest) and it was ready on the day she said it would be (Professional). I couldn't even tell where the original paint stopped and and the new paint started. (Quality Workmanship). I was given a guarantee, which I didn't expect, and have never had to use. I am still driving my Nissan truck and the paint and body work has lasted as long as the original factory paint. No chipping or fading either. (Quality Workmanship). I will take all my vehicles there and I highly recommend Collision Solution to any one that especially wants a HONEST paint and body shop that has GREAT PRICES and does GREAT WORK. GREAT JOB KARI !!!! So when I backed into a truck at one of my rental properties, of course I referred the driver to Collision Solution. Even though the damage was my fault, Kari still treated the driver and me with Professionalism and Honesty. I took pictures of the dents and emailed them to Kari. Before the driver even left the driveway, I had an estimate over the phone and Kari was already making arrangements for her to get the truck to the shop as quickly as possible, which was the very next day. Kari took care of everything. I knew we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Kari and I assured the driver it would be OK. Kari offered a rental car or a way for her to get home when she dropped the truck off. Kari even asked if we needed a tow truck or was she able to drive it. Again, Kari was taking care of everything. Kari was honest about the estimate over the phone, stating that if there wasn't any damage not seen in the pictures, then there wouldn't be any additional cost. If there was, she would let me know ahead of time. At least I was forewarned of the possibility of additional damage. (Honesty, no scam, no gimmicks). So I was prepared for it and luckily no unseen damage, so no additional cost. (Honest, Knowledgeable and Professional). Again, I paid the quoted price, which I new was a great one. When the driver came by to show me the repairs that were done, all I could see when she drove up was a BIG GRIN from ear to ear. She went on and on about how good it looked (which I could see for myself), how fast it was done, what a great price she was given for the additional repairs on the other fender, and how nice Kari was. (Great Price, Honest, Polite, and Quality Workmanship). I was really impressed again by Kari. I couldn't even tell where the dents were and the color matched perfectly. All I could keep saying was WOW!! Thanks again for taking care of everything for the driver and me. ANOTHER JOB WELL DONE! GREAT JOB AGAIN KARI !!!!

I was swayed by Conroe PD to have it towed instead by this wrecker company/body shop because it would supposedly be more "convenient" and "cheaper." I was not even given the card of where my car was going until I asked multiple times. On Thursday we called Tommy's Paint and Body and a woman answered, took our email address, and said they would look at it and reach back out with a quote. Friday morning we called and they had still not looked at the car, so we assumed they were busy. She again said they would get back to us. We called later in the day and she said they would look at it "now." We called for a third time Friday and a man answered saying he didn't know anything about it, they were closed, and we would have to wait until Monday. Meanwhile, the lot fees were $22.85 a day, plus a $20 impound fee even though we were led to believe it was not being impounded, a $50 "storage notification fee" even though WE were the ones repeatedly calling THEM, and on top of the $200 tow fee there was also a $35 fuel charge. We let them know Thursday that this would not be covered by insurance and we needed a quote on making it drivable and fully fixed as well. Then Monday we were just now informed that moving my car from the impound lot next door into the actual body shop would not even be an option until we came in person to pay the impound fees first, and that they do not allow over-the-phone payment. If these fees and requirements had been disclosed Thursday, we would not have left the car sitting there for days while nobody even looked at it. At that point it felt very obvious they were more interested in charging lot/storage fees than actually helping customers. They did not disclose certain fees up front, or that we would have to come in person with cash or money order just to have it looked at or to tow it elsewhere. We ended up towing it to a different shop. I let them know my issues with the service and they showed zero concern nor apologetic. Terrible communication and terrible service.

My mom's car was impounded by Conroe PD and sent here. The representative we spoke with (Steven…read moreMcKay) refused debit card payment and insisted only on accepting cash or money order. This is illegal in the state of Texas. We called during open business hours (around 1:50something pm) but were called back and told by Steven McKay he would be going into a meeting and no one would be available to assist us to get the car back. So we waited for him to contact us after his meeting before ubering there. He contacted my mom after the posted business hours to the facility itself around 7pm letting her know we could come. We ordered the Uber, had to withdrawal cash and she received two calls rushing her on the way there. When we arrived to the location given the business was closed, Steven and his family were pulled up in a car in the parking lot and did the entire transaction outside of the facility in the rain while we got soaked until he opened his trunk and had us stand under it. I still was getting soaked but at least my mom was covered. He refused to make any change for our transaction stating he had no way to provide change so we had to pay over the stated price to pay the total amount and received no receipt of transaction what so ever, at no point did he offer us any way of knowing exactly what we were being charged $271.12 for. Thankfully I had a couple dollars to give my mom or she would have had to pay him $18 and some change over instead of almost a dollar over. But when he thought she'd have to give him a full $20 for $1.12 missing he stayed firm in that he could not give change and would have to take the overcharge. He did accept the almost $1 overcharge and still provided no change. This is illegal. Then we were asked to walk around the corner and across the street in the rain to where her car was locked up. And finally given back the car. I will be taking this up with Conroe PD and bringing to light the predatory towing going on here. We were told this facility is 24 hours by both Conroe PD and Steven McKay. So having to wait 5 hours before being allowed to come due to him having a meeting was illegal as well. Contacting Conroe PD and my attorney first thing tomorrow morning. I also noticed a response from this company to another review on google where they stated Conroe PD sets a $200 tow price and that shouldn't raise before 24 hrs. My mother was quoted over $200 just hours after her car was impounded.
