I didn't believe them and told them to put it back together and I would get a second opinion. Took it to a body shop in Montgomery. They too couldn't find the leak, but said it was not the A/C pan. Charged me 225 and did not fix. I was then recommended to call SS. Told them the problem. He told me that they would not charge me 1 cent if he couldn't find the issue. I left the car with him and Before I got home, he called me and sent a video of the leak. He found it. He repaired it and dried out the carpet and fixed everything for like $1200. Over $2000 less that the dealer wanted and it turned out not to be the issue the dealer said it was. They are honest, quality service, and great value. Highly recommended

When I dropped the car off the rental car place didn't have a car approved by my insurance available. As I was calling the insurance company, the receptionist at Crash Champions was calling enterprise and getting them to help me out. I got several texts keeping me informed of what they were doing and when it would be ready. It was ready before promised and in the text they sent to tell me it was ready, they told me I could drop off the rental when I picked it up. My car looks great. When they finally "fixed" it, my car came back three different shades of paint, overspray everywhere, fish eyes and trash all in the paint and half the damage still there. Total trash job! Crash Champions on Lake Conroe is the worst you could ever deal with. Zero accountability, zero respect for customers. Don't walk -- RUN the other way!
