Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it."
