I have paint, body, and interior protection on my vehicle. I bought it when I got the car, and so far I have had a great experience with it. This is my second time using it. My wife and I have 4 kids, so having something like this comes in handy. The insurance company selected Hitmen Auto Detailing to do the job, and I couldn't be happier with their selection. I really lucked out! Desmon called me up as soon as the invoice was approved for the job! Desmon was able to book me an appointment on LABOR DAY in New Caney TX. Not only that, he came to my house to do the job. I asked him if he could share how much he charged on the invoice, and to be honest, you would pay more at a "Big Name" detailer. The difference this man made on my wife's vehicle is unreal! The communication, transparency, and overall service made this review a 5 out of 5. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and acquaintances! read more

I like to take care of my cars and typically have had a detailing come to our house to clean them. Our former detailer was hired full time to another family so we were in the market to find someone new. I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment! read more

Incredible attention to detail. We swear the car looked even cleaner than when we drove it off the lot at the dealership. I would 100% recommend Hitmen Auto Detailing and I plan to use them again in the near future. read more

Desmon at Hitmen Auto Detailing did an incredible job detailing both of our vehicles! The convenience of having him come to us made the experience even better. My husband's truck has never sparkled like this before! I was especially impressed with how well he removed the dog hair from my SUV--it's spotless and looks better than new. Desmon was friendly, professional, and thorough. We're excited to be part of the Hit-Squad and have set up recurring washes to keep our cars looking their best! Highly recommend his service to anyone in the Houston area! read more

Best mobile detailer in Houston hands down. I went with an interior + exterior detail along with a ceramic coating for my F80 M3 and am always nervous about who takes care of my vehicle as I value this car a lot. Their attention to detail, their professionalism, and the value they provide while listening to any feedback before, during, or after the wash are unmatched. I've used several mobile & at location detailers and haven't ever had anything this good. It was so good I signed up for a subscription. If I could give 10 stars I would. read more

My car looks better than when I bought it! He took the time to inspect my car with me and listened to what I needed done and even my complaints about other car washers. lol He made sure everything I asked for got taken care of and even gave me extra services that I really appreciate. I got an automatic discount because I'm a nurse so I ended up with a great price for my full detail- he even cleaned my engine. Definetly recommended! read more

Amazing service. Desmon does an amazing job. First time using their services and will not be the last. Very nice, in-time business man. Our car looks amazing and we will be booking for our next 2 car cleaning needs. Thank you for taking care of our car. read more

Thank you Hitmen Auto Detailing! You did an amazing job, and I will keep in touch! I know it was quite a drive, but thank you!

Definitely recommend Desmon and his company for your next auto detailing service! I have a jeep that was in desperate need of a thorough exterior and interior cleaning, and the difference is like night and day after Desmon finished up! He was super attentive to detail in everything, and anything he didn't get to this time he's promised to get the next time he comes out (it was hot and getting late in the day, so I didn't mind). It's convenient that they come to you and I live deeper in Katy, so I was surprised and appreciative he didn't mind coming all the way out here--I work from home, so it's nice knowing I don't have to carve a chunk out of my weekend to get something like this done. He gave me some discounts for being a bit late to our appointment, but I wouldn't have minded paying full price since he did such good work. I'll definitely keep using his services! read more

10/10. Highly recommend! From a quick response on Yelp to professional and cordial customer service. I got text updates on the way and the work was spotless. Pricing is also great. Finding folks who do their job with such attention to detail is tough. Hitmen gained a client for a long time to come. read more

I made an online appointment based upon the great reviews. I was not disappointed! To start with, communication and being on time were a good start. Two very important things to me in a business. Next, Desmond was professional, neat, and very thorough. He was definitely not rushing through the detail, and I like a professional to take their time. Don't book the full package if you are in a big hurry (although they surely could do it faster...but do you want them to rush?) This was a gift for valentines day and it made her car basically look like new. It was in dire need of a detail due to a lot of use and a fair amount of children in the seats. I don't know how it got so clean. She was definitely impressed and delighted. Major brownie points. Bonus, Desmond took into consideration our particular needs and adjusted his service accordingly. It was a great give-and-take instead of take-take-take. We ended up with a slightly tweaked package the suited us perfectly. He really went the extra mile. We felt like we got a great value for the money. Pros: *Good communication *On time Professional Well equipped Great results *Great value Cons: None that I can think of *These are key things for me that without, I'm likely to look elsewhere. read more

I HAD to go with HAD First and foremost, let me say that I have never experienced such professionalism and attention to detail in catering to the needs of my vehicle. I heard about Hitmen through a close friend of mine and, I'm glad I listened to her (this time.) I contacted Desmon and was surprised by the number or services offered. In addition to having a wide variety of packages, I was able to customize my selection to pinpoint areas most vital to me. Desmon arrived early but gave me a heads up before hand. (This was perfect because I was behind schedule and his prompt arrival allowed me to mitigate traffic.) I am nothing short of astonished by the work done in a timely manner. I can still see my reflection on the hood! Out of all the positive aspects of my first experience with HAD, I must say the fact that they offer charitable events was the factor that sealed the deal. Given the impressive work done, I'll be using HAD as the host for an upcoming fundraiser for the children in my neighborhood! I can't wait to see my block looking like a car dealership They've got a lifelong customer right here! read more
