I got a dent on my BMW within the first few days of owning it and was devastated. I first contacted another PDR company, but they said it could not be fixed and recommended a body shop that quoted me around $1,500. I then took it to BMW. They initially said they could repair it with PDR, but the next day they told me it would require bodywork costing around $1,300 because them fixing it would damage the paint. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again. read more

Highly recommend! They got back to me right away and fixed the problem the next day in about thirty minutes. Their price was half of everyone else. The dent, which was in a difficult spot, is gone. This will be the second or third time I've used Chad and Dent Dogs. On at least one or two of those occasions, Juan actually did the service as he did today. Is an old but well loved car of mine that had raised area more like a pimple than a dimple in the hood. The paint was not cracked and I was worried that when they went to work on it, it would be cracked, but Juan fixed it beautifully. Unless you knew where to look, you would never be able to find it. So again, beyond my wildest expectations and it really looks good. Thanks Juan and Chad. Steve. read more

Chad was great, professional. Responsive as he can be. Keep in mind, he's very busy so don't always expect a call back immediately, I expected as much because he is most likely in the middle of work. I recommend Chad/Dent Dogs Inc. & would use again if needed. read more

I contacted Chad. That was my second time using his service. Chad is an expert at removing door dings and dents. He is truly an expert and most importantly he is the lowest priced in the entire City of Houston. He is a true professional, perfectionist, a gentleman, and an honest person. I urge everyone in need of such service to go nowhere and contact Chad directly. He is a phenomenal guy and frankly I trust him wholeheartedly. The word of mouth is the best marketing tool and rest assured I will never deceive you or cheat you with my recommendation. Once you deal with him, you will find yourself recommending him as well. I would have given him 7-stars if it existed. He is well worth much more than 5-stars. Thank you Chad for helping me today and for making me happy after I've been very upset about that annoying dent on my car. You're the man!!! read more

Chad with Dent Dogs was the most honest guy. He told me exactly what he could do on my Range Rover hood due to hitting some debris in the road causing a crease in the worst spot to repair on the hood. He did a great job and told me exactly what to expect for the outcome. Also had a door ding in a hard to reach spot that he was able to remove. Highly recommend if you need any dents or dings removed. Honest dude that does great dent removal work! AAA++++ read more

Great work, fast and very professional and affordable. Would recommend to others needing PDR.

I read the great review on Yelp so i contacted them for a quote including pictures of the small repair areas (a rock chip on the hood and a small dent on the right fender). The next day i got a call from Chad, he was very great, he said he was really busy and wanted me to meet him at Greenway Mercedes, being a work day that was not at all convenient but he sounded like he could do the job quickly so i agreed. He quoted me $80 for the dent, and he worked closely with the Greenway group and could work something out on the hood. On my way, another guy called (could not understand him well enough to catch his name) saying he was waiting for me. It was 20 minutes before i was supposed to be there. Anyway, when i got to the dealership he didn't answer his phone, after 5 minutes looking around for someone, he called and looked at my car. He said that it would cost $140 for the two repairs, but the hood would not look much better than it did, the would just put touch up paint on the hood. NOT at all what i expected, he said something about having to have the car wet sanded and buffed out, but i was not clear if that meant i would have to leave the car at the dealer and rent a car or what. He lacked a bit on communication skills, I had to get back to my office shortly, so I just gave up and said forget the whole thing. I am so disappointed after reading and seeing samples of the work done. I can't imagine my little work would be such a problem, but perhaps i misunderstood what these guys do. UPDATE: I need to update my previous review. Dent Dogs called me this morning explaining more about their service and offering to do the dent repair on the fender and hood for free, explaining that the paint chip repair is not part of their service. I had thought that they could do something with that from the pictures and stories I read, however i understand better now. They offered to do the work for free at my home, which really surprised me. I don't expect free work and when I insisted on paying he refused to take it. He was here for a little over an hour, did a great job on what he could do and told me to contact the Cadillac dealership for touch up paint. The fender dent is completely gone, the hood looks better and i'll get the touch up from Cadillac, I work in customer service, yesterday my experience was not good but Dent Dogs made showed me they truly do care about the customer experience. I'm now a BIG fan and very impressed with the not only the service provided but the value they place on their customers. AMAZING service and quality workmanship! I couldn't be happier with Dent Dogs and already have told some of my friends with similar dent issues to get in touch with Dent Dogs! read more

Juan did a great job. Came earlier than expected and was finished in under an hour. Highly recommend and will use them ago if I need them.

Excellent work and they came to me. Was able to have large dent removed while I was at work. Juan did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

What do you do when you purchase a new car and not even a few days later you find a noticeable dent on the door? PANIC. Now I couldn't say for certain that it happened before I drove off the lot or not, but I knew the BMW dealership most likely wouldn't claim responsibility for it. And the dent wouldn't have bothered me as much if it wasn't right below the door handle light, which cast a very obvious shadow on that small, yet very sharp, poke of a dent (see pictures). Every time I laid my eyes on it I would squirm. I called Chad from Dent Dogs and he scheduled me for an appointment the very next morning, at my own house! Terry came right on time at 7am as I got out of bed. I handed him my keys and was able to go back inside my house to get ready for work as he proceeded to knock out the dent. Can't express enough how convenient that was. An hour of some loud banging and $80 later, the magic was done. The dent was leveled out, but since the dent was quite sharp, it left a small mark which was not noticeable unless you put your face up close and squint at it. No big deal since I was warned of this exact situation before the job started. And I won't complain because it actually looked better than I expected for a paint-free dent removal. #194 read more

Dent Dogs is the ONLY paintless dent repair company I will EVER use. Chad is polite, knowledgeable, and above all, an absolute PRO at paintless dent removal. Someone put 2 sizeable dents in the driver side door of our 2019 RAV4 - one about the size of a quarter, the other about the size of a fifty cent piece. My husband was PISSED!!! We take great care of our car (which we just bought in September) and park away from other cars when we go out, but somehow some careless boob came and went, and left their mark on our beautiful car. I contacted a local body shop, the technician quoted me almost $2,000 and said he'd have to remove BOTH driver & passenger front doors and repaint them. ??? With all the electronics, sensors, airbags, etc, the LAST thing I wanted was BOTH doors coming off my car for two small dents on only one door. (Side note - this is a 4-door car. Why paint 2 opposite doors?). The body shop guy also said he'd have our car for a week or more. Ummmm, no. Enter Dent Dogs. I stumbled on their Google listing while I was casually perusing body repair while waiting for a Dr appt in SugarLand. I noted the information and sent Chad a message with photos once I was back home. I honestly didn't expect much, because most of the reviews I'd read for other dent repair companies in the area were AWFUL. Chad got back to me and gave me a quote of $100 - $150. After talking to my husband we decided to go forward. I scheduled an appt with Chad on the same day as my follow up visit with my Dr. I liked the fact that Dent Dogs operates out of a Mercedes dealership. A dealership isn't going to allow a fly-by-night or substandard provider operate on their property. Upon my arrival Chad met me in the parking lot. He walked me in to the dealership, Mercedes employees greeting him by name along the way (additional comfort - people there know him) as he seated me in the lovely waiting area. I waited maybe 45 minutes before Chad informed me my car was finished. I went out to the parking lot to see the final result. I'll be honest, I was extremely skeptical, because like I said, there are A LOT of negative reviews online for similar companies. What did I see? I couldn't find evidence of either dent! I was so shocked and impressed I almost wanted to cry (those dents were SO upsetting - this was our first car purchase after having driven our previous car for 15 years after we bought it new) and REALLY wanted to hug Chad! Our car is just like new. I gave Chad a nice tip, and he earned every dollar. Photos are before and after. It's hard to photograph because of the reflection, but PLEASE take time to zoom in and see the absolute miracle Chad did. Dent Dogs is in my "Favorites" and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I hope we never need Dent Dogs again, but knowing how inconsiderate people are, I'm relieved to know I have such a valuable repair technician at my fingertips. THANK YOU Chad, and THANK YOU Dent Dogs! read more

Doesn't even respond to text messages. Very unprofessional. What's the point of requesting a quote if you don't even respond ?

Noticed a small dime sized dent on a front fender of my Tesla. Texted Chad for a estimate and he called me back saying he could come by and easily fix it for less than I thought. Sure enough he was in and out and under 10min andan couldn't tell a dent was ever there. Final cost was actually less than the initial quote. Very happy and recommend chad and dent dogs for PDR repairs. read more

So I just bought a used car. And although the car is in overall awesome condition, I couldn't help but noticed one little small dent in the rear quarter panel of the passenger side. It wasn't too noticeable but noticeable enough to make me want to fix it. I've never tried paintless dent removal (PDR) before although I've heard about it. I just wasn't a believer in it. in the past, I'd been approached plenty of times by some random guys in the parking lot offering to do paintless dent removal, but I've heard horror stories about these guys. My brother in law actually tried doing it and the result was pretty crappy. However, I ran across Dent Dogs and they had excellent reviews. People are raving about the quality of work that Chad and his team do on all kinds of dents and hail damages. Also, when I checked out their website, Dent Dogs Inc is the company used by Mercedes of Greenway (and later I found also Mercedes of Sugar Land) to do the dent damages to the cars on the lot. What?! Must be legit! I sent Chad an e-mail along with a picture of the damage that I wanted him to fix. The response time was kind of slow. It was almost 24 hours prior to me hearing back from him, and that was just him asking for my phone number. And it was maybe another 12 hours before I received an e-mail and phone call from Juan (who works with Chad) for the quote. I agreed to the price and we set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Juan showed up on time (a couple of minutes late because my place is a bit hard to find. But he did call and he told me that he was just looking for my place). I showed him the damage to be fixed and he explained how he would fix it. Since the damage is located in the rear quarter panel close to the door, he said that he would have to drill a hole inside the panel to fix the dent. WHAT?! DRILL A HOLE? Nobody said nothing about drilling no hole!! I was kind of skeptical at this point, but then he said that the hole will be plugged and he proceeded to show me what the plug would look like because he had a couple of plugged holes in his truck. Didn't look half bad. I told him to proceed. He took out his tools, light, and then he got to working. I was actually standing around watching him the whole time. Not because I was worried that he would damage my car, but instead out of curiosity to see how the process was done. There were a few times that he did things that made me cringe like, "OMG, wouldn't that damage the car more?!" But after almost an hour of working on the car and paying very close attention to detail, he was finished and I checked out the result. Is it 100% perfect? No. Does it look much better? HELL YES. I told one of my co-workers about the dent repair I had done and I told him the location of the dent and asked him what he thought. He went to my car and he couldn't find the original dent location until I pointed it out to him and only then did he notice. So, how much did all this cost me? One Benjie. That's right. ONE HUNDRED BUCKS. $100. And all this was done in the convenience of my own garage because they WILL come to you. You're working and you want to have your dents repaired? They will come to you. Just make a reservation first. Will I ever use Dent Dogs again? I sure hope not because that means my car is dented and that's no bueno. But I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my car again if I ever needed them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs some paintless dent removal done on their cars. read more
