I got a dent on my BMW within the first few days of owning it and was devastated. I first contacted…read moreanother PDR company, but they said it could not be fixed and recommended a body shop that quoted me around $1,500. I then took it to BMW. They initially said they could repair it with PDR, but the next day they told me it would require bodywork costing around $1,300 because them fixing it would damage the paint. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again.

I have known Andy for quite a few years and know him to be honest, hardworking, and very…read moreconscientious. We brought my wife's Infinity to Andy's company - American Dent Specialists - a few years ago and they did a great job detailing the car. When I bought my Porsche a few months ago, I was encouraged to look into having ceramic applied to protect the finish. I called Andy to get his take on the technology (very positive!) and learned that his company applies ceramic coatings. I was fortunate enough to be going on vacation a few weeks ago and Andy arranged for me to have the ceramic coating applied while I was gone. This had the added benefit of allowing the car to sit in Andy's shop for 5 additional days to give the ceramic coating more time to cure out of the elements. I was blown away by how nice the car looked when I picked it up. It is perfect! Very shiny and the detail work to the car was excellent. Andy introduced me to the two guys who worked on the car and they were really excited about how the car came out. One of the reasons I chose ceramic technology is the ease of doing maintenance washes. I have done one maintenance wash since I picked the car up. Used two buckets as they recommended. Then, I used my leaf blower to dry the car. It worked incredibly well. My wife was with me when I picked up the car. Andy, and the two guys, let my wife know the advantages of getting it done on her Mercedes SUV. The guys were so strong on the technology, answered her questions, and of course she could see the result in my car. She is very practical, and a tough sell, so not sure if she will make it happen. If so, we will definitely use Andy's company.
