The paint did not have a smooth finish and the areas he sanded were bumpy. He assured me that would go away. When I contacted him, he asked, did you get it waxed and buffed? Now why in the world would I have to do that. He said getting it waxed will fix it. Well a professional wax and buff averages $200. I contacted him and asked him to fix the problem. Well he has gone silent. To be honest I wouldn't let him touch my car again to even attempt to fix it. He does horrible work. This is the worst experience I have had. At the point I would only accept a partial refund. DO NOT HIRE BM MOBILE AUTOBODY!!

Since it was only about week after I got my car, I had to get my dent fixed for me to sleep at night as it would catch my eyes every time I walked to my car. I dropped off the car this morning about 15 mins before the appointment time (I've been always taught to be early). Although it was before the office was open and working, they took my car and started working on it right away.
