The owner convinced by 85 year old father to pay him in advance and took the car. To date, he has refused to return my father's calls and has not contacted him about the status of the car. He has however, contacted the insurance company to obtain additional payments for work that has not been done. The company address is a residential business and not a proper auto shop; We drove by and saw my father's car left outside and were advised that the property was residential and could not go onto the property to get the car. Please do not allow this company to take advantage of another person or convince insurance companies to give them more money. We are trying to get the car back now and a refund of the insurance money, but it seems unlikely. The insurance company has advised that the only action that can be taken is to contact the police and file a theft report. Be Careful!
