Javier and his team did a fantastic job fixing my front bumper and also did it in a timely manner. While assessing the damage, Javier pointed out issues the other two body shops did not even notice. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic work! These guys are very focused on the details of a good job! They have been doing body work for almost long time!

They did not even buff the pain job out. Really. Unbelievable. Got me once never again.

So . . . in this case the reviews were actually correct. The quality of work is beyond excellent. My grandsons "new 2025" Dodge RAM looks better than when it drove off the showroom floor in 2008. Ceramic coating will be required to keep it so in the hot Houston weather - but this 5 coat paint job is worth it. They replaced the door and both passenger side body panels and under-panels with new ones and also removed ALL the small dings and imperfections from all the truck's remaining body panels roof and hood. The replacement passenger side door's power window and mirror controls work as new. The front bumper, bumper plastic trim inserts and grill were also replaced. In addition, they repainted all the vehicle's plastic parts - outside mirrors, door and tailgate handles plus both bumpers plastic inserts so the finished product looked ALL new - not like an old truck with a new paint job. I'll admit that I was frustrated with the time it took them to completed the job - 2 weeks longer than the estimate. But, the results are fantastic! They even replaced his original head and tail-lights with his AlphaRex Nova's at no charge. I am encouraged that actual skilled craftsmen STILL exist that give you your money's worth. My grandson could not be more STOKED! They definitely painted a perpetual smile on his face at no extra charge . . . read more

Best service best work I could ask for on an high end vehicle. You cannot go wrong with these guys. communication was exemplary. a strong family business with some of the best work ethics you can ask for You should go, they will take care of you read more

I have to say the best Service the best estimate. Javier and Carlos provided great service. My car looks like new. Highly recommended read more

The entire process went so smoothly. There was fluid communication from the first interaction. My car was literally ready in 3 days when the dealership took over 2 months last time (for less damage to be repaired)! It was more than $2k less than 3 other quotes I'd received and the work was stellar! My 10 year old car literally looks like it's new again-my husband keeps asking me if I repainted the whole car & not just the rear damage because the minor issues are gone (I hate white paint specs on the passenger side & they are GONE)! Highly recommend Javier's Auto Body! read more

I had recently had a scratch on my rear bumper and panel on my recently purchased 4runner. It was a Friday, I actually pulled up YELP and looked for recommendations. While doing research based on YELP reviews I came across Javier's Auto Body. A few things stuck out from the get go. 1) He had reviews, and I quick realized that they kept saying the same thing, Javier was very quick to respond and helpful. 2) When I did send a message, he gave me a call, an awesome quote and was very respectful. 3) He literally blew other body shops prices out of the water. I had two quotes elsewhere....But Javier, was quick to respond and gave me some great reassurance. I dropped the 4runner off on that Sunday, as I did this, Javier waited past business hours to introduce himself, give me the run down of all that he had to do and the time. That week, Javier stay in consistent communication, sending me video and image updates of the process. He also stayed true to his deadline(which wasn't a big deal because I wanted quality of time). But, his quality and time was very great. When receiving the 4Runner back, I inspected it all the way through, Javier's Auto Body did a FANTASTIC job at fixing my scratch and dent. My mother, who also has a small scratch, was so impressed that she too will be using Javier's Auto Body services' in the foreseeable future. If you, or your friends are ever in the need for a quality auto body shop, do not hesitate to contact Javier. My guess is he'll reply with in 10 minutes. read more

Best customer service experience ever! I didn't use them only because I couldn't take my car that far, but I wanted to review and let ppl know how responsive they are. Within the first 30 minutes of sending a request on Yelp to Javier, they replied with a sense of urgency and showed that they care about their business and their customers. In the future, I will definitely be bringing my car to Javier. They made me feel very valued. The workers are very kind and respectful as well, also gave me a great quote. Best value and not so high priced liked the other places. I definitely recommend based on first impressions, and based on their work, I saw online. Very impressive read more

He did really good work and even added some extra touches. My car looks good. Only thing that was a little disappointing was that they didn't honor their 10% off the quoted estimate coupon here on yelp. read more

I had a little at-fault fender bender with my Tacoma that I didn't want to use my insurance for. Also a couple of thoughtful folks had backed into my bed in the grocery store parking lot and took off a couple of times. Javier fixed all of this at a fair price and did a great job! And he finished it in less time than he initially thought. Now my Tacoma looks great again!! Thanks Javier Sr. and Jr. read more

My son had an accident in my car and was so worried about it. I found Javiers Auto Body on Yelp, and because of the good reviews asked them for a quote. Today I went to pick up my car. The repair was so good I forgot where the car had been damaged and was checking the wrong door. I can't even tell there was ever any damage and he charged less than the original quote. This is a very honest family run business. I highly recommend them for body work. read more

I will say Javiers Auto Body is the best body shop I have ever known. It has good quality, fair price, and nice service. I sent pictures of damages to many body shops on Yelp simultaneously. Javier's Auto Body replied in few minutes which is surprising. Compare with the estimate of other body shops, Frank only order the essential part for repairing the damage, so the price was surprising and grateful. If you don't have too much budget, please do as many estimates as possible. You will found out which one fits you, and in my personal experience, Javiers Auto Body is the best choice. read more

Javier and his team did an *OUTSTANDING* job entirely repainting my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Not only was the work absolutely perfect, but their attention to detail and ultra-high quality efforts resulted in a like-new appearance that far exceeded my expectations! As a technology attorney, I am very exacting in my expectations and demand the very best, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of Javier's work--very reasonably priced and completed on-time--and it goes without saying that I will be sending all of my future body/paint work their way! Had a deer hit my Porsche Cayenne and I received ridiculous quotes from everywhere else. I decided to take a chance on this business and I paid for the repair out of pocket. Javier Jr. responded promptly, was very honest about the work and communicated efficiently throughout the process. Called me several times to let me know what they were doing and how they were trying to counter some of the issues being presented. Overall, I was very impressed with the work and would recommend their services to anyone. read more

I searched all over the internet sending pictures in to tons of body shops and then I came across Javiers Auto Body on Yelp, he had the best prices by far than any other shop I found. I took my car there and after he got a chance to fully inspect my car he noticed there was some more damage that he could not see from the inital pictures that I sent in. However, he took pictures of the additional damage and explained to me thorughly what extra work would need to be done. He was very clear ,concise and honest about everything. I never felt like I was being cheated or upselled or anything like that. The quality of the repair once it was all done was outstanding much better than I could have ever imagined the car looked brand new again. He also understood that I was paying for the damages out of pocket and made sure to explain to me what needs to be fixed immediately and what could wait to be fixed to make sure that we stick to my very tight budget. My expectations were blown out of the water, and I will definetly be returning here if I ever need any more body work. An experience that you would expect to be a headache went off without a hitch. Thank you so much! read more
