Before; with the damage
Amanda H.

I came here in October after the parking garage gate in my apartment complex hit my car. I had heard about JJ Auto Body from Reddit and saw that it was always recommended for body work and I was in no mood to go to the dealership for my car and get ripped off. Their website allows you to schedule your estimate and drop off date and time and I very much appreciated that convenience. The estimate process was thorough and fair. I had done my research beforehand about how much these car panels would cost and their estimate lined up with it. They were also honest about there possibly being additional damage underneath the panels and that it might affect the cost. I proceeded with the body work and they were very good at giving me updates. When my car was finished I was so happy with the job! It looks great and cohesive! Also the customer service was fantastic. I wish I knew who I was talking to but he was friendly. 10/10 would recommend JJ to anyone with car body damage! Thank you so much for fixing

A new 2019 Tundra and I hit the side of the garage. Jimmy, the owner, ordered a new siding to replace the dented one. The total cost was going to be $3,300. His dent repair employee took a look at the truck and asked Jimmy for a chance to salvage the current panel. The photos will tell you if it worked. Hard to put into words. It looks like a new panel. I drove up the morning it was ready, detailed and glossy like the day it came from the dealer. Here's the kicker. I never would have known that wasn't a new panel. He could have charged me that full amount and I would have nodded my head. Instead Jimmy charged me half the estimate and returned the new panel. No BS. Just honesty. How often can you say that about a business? Icing on the cake: their communication is proactive and caring. Complete package of customer loyalty and service. I now drive like a snail out of the garage and I refer anyone I know who wants body work to JJ Auto Body.

I cannot recommend this auto shop enough! Everyone was so kind and pleasant to work with. Most importantly they were honest. This is a big deal, as I am a young woman in my 20's and they could have easily taken advantage of that, but they didn't. Before I initially dropped my car off to be fixed, I actually had a minor incident that they took care of on the spot, once again great service! My car was fixed in a timely manner and it looked as good as new when I got it back. I will definitely be returning if I ever need work done again.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, a reasonably priced mechanic, let me save you 3 hours of online research. Personally, I'm not looking for someone in my neighborhood...no no no...I'm looking for the best. I don't care about the location. JJ Auto Body Shop is the best choice. If you have had bad experiences with other mechanics or simply looking for a mechanic for the first time, then let me save you time today and start with Jonathan at JJ Auto Body Shop. This is a family owned business and they are the real deal. So you WILL NOT get a car shop that is just punching a time clock. I'm so glad these experts not only exist, but that they are genuinely dedicated to their craft. Their passion for cars is so evident and you will see it firsthand. Yes the Yelp reviews helped me pick this place but when I met Jonathon in person and we discussed my car troubles that's when it really clicked that this is a true honest mechanic that cares about his customers. He explained the process to me at a level of respect that surprised me. He could have dumbed it down (and actually I would have been okay with that LOL!) as I'm not exactly car savvy but he didn't do that. Jonathan explained the process professionally. So I knew exactly what I was getting from the beginning starting with his explanation, then an estimate, the time he worked on my car was accurate and he followed up after I left. How many mechanics have you met that actually do that? Exactly. So call them, tell your mom, tell your family, tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell your co-workers...seriously just tell everyone so that they too have a smooth transaction and walk away with peace of mind. #priceless

2 years later. The paint is still great. You can see the car under other photos in here 2 years ago.

I always wait to do a Yelp review until I have had at least two experiences. Unlucky for me, I have bad luck with cars. However, I was lucky to find JJ Auto Body. I have had my 2003 BMW M5 worked on twice. Both times I was very happy with the service, quality and price. I will upload a few pictures of the corner of the car that was painted. This is 2 years later and the paint is still perfect. If you care about your car and not getting jerked around by shady body shops: you should check out JJ Auto Body. Also, remember that you can get your car fixed at any shop if your choice. Don't blindly follow your insurance or the other party's insurance and certainly don't blindly follow a tow truck drivers advice. Follow mine and hundreds of others and take it to JJ Auto

Everything fixed and the car looks like new, thanks to JJ's.

I somehow managed not to have a car accident for many years. But my luck ran out when I was involved in three in only seven months. However, things got much better when I was referred to "JJ's" They took care of each situation professionally, cordially and, when it came to the costs, very fairly. It's obvious that Jimmy and his staff take pride in their work. That's sometimes not the case in the car-repair industry. All in all you'd be hard-pressed to find a better body shop.

Which makes me think this establishment can manipulate metrics to only show the positive reviews which is unscrupulous. Honestly, am amazed at all of their glowing reviews which places me as the exception.. Pls see pics of their work & zoom in. Back in 11/2024 my vehicle was parked in the parking lot by valet to which the very same valet driver while moving another customer's vehicle, hit mine in the process.. Due to the "raving reviews" I opted to take my vehicle here for body work.. Big mistake. Can't discredit their courtesy at first glance nor their congeniality.. However, when it came to picking up my vehicle & scanning it thoroughly this is where I uncovered deceit. First off, was never provided any updates or feedback leading up to me picking up my vehicle. Radio silence. I was the one reaching out inquiring about the status. If you as the reps of this establishment respond back to my post & lie & say you kept me posted throughout the duration, that's a lie. I had to establish the contact. Upon picking up my vehicle in 1/2025, forgot the guy's name, however he's the older gentlemen, he informed me my vehicle is outside & hands me over my keys. Thought that was mad odd so I said "hey, can you come out with me so we can view the work repaired together". He obliged. Note, weather was dreary & wet the day of pick up. As I'm looking around to observe if there are any discrepancies, saw them & pointed them out to the gentleman. One of which was a black scrape mark embedded in the bumper area. So, I asked if this is a "new" bumper why is there a noticeable mark? He gave me a lame response, "well , it must of got there when the tech was placing the bumper on, he may have scratched it" ok, fine.. As a result, he did return my vehicle back to the tech to "touch up" that blemish. After the touch up, it was still noticeable plus a part of the bumper was not completely pushed in so they tried to manage but failed to push it in completely. Once I arrived home, the sun was now beaming to which allowed me to perform another scan of my vehicle. It was there I discovered other issues. In their defense, they did since I was under warranty , attempted to warranty their work by remediating the flaws including me pointing out glued up sides in the crevices of the bumper. To which Azim said, "oh, that's just paint that bled over" . Any who, my vehicle was kept with them for another 2 weeks I believe. During that time, they did provide a loaner. When I picked up my vehicle, noticed papers where I store in the sun visor, rummaged through & placed on the passenger seat. The back seat area (I have leather seats) looked as if it was walked on as I saw muddy foot prints. Rude! Their aesthetic is grimy & unprofessional. Gaps still in the crevices of the bumper & fender plus the gaps between the bumper & headlight & hood, all optics. Fast forward to Feb 2025, I emailed them to showcase an image I took displaying ripples in the paint foundation. They ignored me so I sent a follow up email in March 2025 (still was ignored) informing them of that rippled paint issue as well as a bumper that is not pushed in & keeps sticking out! I contacted the 3rd party insurance that paid for the repair & that's when this establishment tried to contact me. At that point, I ignored them since I did not trust them to fix their mistakes. I instead, went to another body shop the 3rd party insurance approved. I was furious! Couldn't believe this happened to me especially since they've worked on luxury vehicles & had great results. The body shop that performed my post repairs, relayed when you lift the hood up, screws were missing, there was a huge gap between the hood & bumper. After removing the bumper, they stated the bumper was all glued up! Said , it looked like it was glued together to the Azim person & he dismissed my remarks. The hood needs a paint correction as my vehicle is not the same. I am fortunate, during my post repairs from another body shop, there are no longer gaps & glued up parts. Forgot to add, one of their employees stole my spray air freshener..

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

I swerved, hit the curb, and suddenly my car wasn't driving straight. The first shop quoted me almost $3,000. After that minor financial heart attack, I realized my insurance company was basically going to be no help unless I wanted to pay a deductible AND risk my rates going up. Insurance is complete bullshit. So I started calling around to see if I could find a better option. Enter Joe at Master Car Care. I sent him the quote and right away he started going through what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't. He got the damage repaired for way less money and even went out of his way to find someone who could fix my scratched-up rim so my car looked like it did before. But the biggest thing was Joe actually cared. He cared that my car looked good, that it drove right and that I was happy with it. He called me with updates the whole time and you could tell he actually gave a damn. That's pretty hard to find these days. Joe is officially my car guy now. I will not accept an off the market on my car when I reached the 1500 it was to put my car back to the way it was not I never even got a copy of the estimate that girl took the clipboard and then she had me sign a blank pee. She goes here put your name here and your phone number here and sign here so it's a scam. I'll have to find a TV station that will investigate or the cops Time I call insurance co. I thought a simple bumper would be easy to fix on Toyota rav 4. Sure if they use off market parts The price I agreed on had Toyota part. I even gave my grok confirmation So I had a fender bender the other day and I got oh they have a collision site. I'll go take my car over there in my car and he gave me an estimate 1400. I said OK and they said we can scan it now because we need to know, match the car meaning they would scan it to order the bumper to my Toyota so I will. I'll leave the car here then so then they give me a ride to my house so they told me it would be ready Wednesday morning. They'd get the bumper in probably Monday Tuesday put it on and be ready Wednesday today. He calls Tuesday late , we got the bumper in but we have to paint it like what do you mean paint it you ordered it. He said Walter off the market bumper. I said oh hell no yes I swore I trusted them. My car has 39,000 miles on it. I'm not gonna drive the rest of my life with a car with bits and pieces otherwise the bumper was fine with me driving it. I would've duct tape the damn thing so shame on me for being stupid and they won't send me a copy of the estimate the girl took it after I signed it. Seriously how am I a woman of 69 years old supposed to know that places don't use official parts to a car that you bring in to be repaired why wouldn't I think they wouldn't use Toyota parts? I never heard the word off market until the guy said something today freaked me out. Thankfully I went to a Police meeting tonight with the Community and they explain the difference between OEM original parts and off the shelf or off the market you do not ever use off the market so these men knew they were screwing me over
