This is the worst body repair shop I have used for my business. They do not know how to work with the dealer to expedite ordered parts. They do not know how to play ball with the insurance company forapproved supplimentary repairs after the insurance company has accepted full liability. To add salt to injuries, they held my commercial vehicle for over three weeks until they received the payment from the insurance company. Allen you had plenty to time to contact me after all the times I have revisited you establishment to make things right. On April 27,2023 I visited again requesting to speak with you and waited almost 2 hours for you to show up. Everyone acted like you didn't have any way of communication to be reached to address you the owner, which is very sad. If your establishment was on fire or what you consider a big deal problem your employees would've jumped hurdles to contact you by phone. You've trained them well. I continue to receive lies after lies, promises after promises. You don't care about your customers. You provided me a number to contact you on which is useless. You team refused for me to take my car because the statement was it needed to be inspected to make sure everything was ok. What does your inspection include? After take my car off your lot 3 lugs came off my right rear tire that left my family and I in danger!! You have not contacted me to address the faultiness of business/employees. Instead you replied to my view stating the same thing you tell everyone that post a review. Where does that leave us? Still with no apology, no compensation, but with more inconvenience of the customers that believed in getting our vehicles repaired instead with more problems and pain and suffering as if we don't have others things to worry about. It shouldn't have taken you to half ass repair my vehicle and then hand it back to me un-repaired!! You replaced the right rear tire, I had to bring it back 3 times. The indication light has been on to where tire pressure can't be read. I brought it back the next day, the sensor was so say changed... what a laugh in the face. This light is still on. What did you do temporarily fixed it just to return my car to me so I can return again and again. How do you sleep well at night when you have so many bad reviews on repairs of other's vehicles? What if this was your wife, daughter, your mother and father or any of the people you love and care about? What actions would you take? You would be truly pissed and you would out your way to make sure they was taken care of. Well we expect the same treatment as if we were one of them. It's not different than you visiting a restaurant and your order was incorrect or distasteful... you would request a supervisor, manager, corporate, a refund or a remake. My visit 2 weeks ago prior to yesterday's visit you was also requested. Here it is no contact from you as usual. I should have paid $120 for a tow truck through my insurance for your carelessness of letting my car be returned to me without expecting the tires keeping 3 lugs to be fall off almost killing my family and I. If this is what you call customer service and a job well done I would hate to see what an actual job with excellent repair and service looks like. As of yesterday your employee stated you will provide a loaner car to me so you can figure out what's going on with my car. How can I trust you this time to make it right when it's going on a year as of May 4th when nothing has been resolved yet and probably won't be?? You contact me. I've ran behind you enough. Abs sensors still on, alignment not done right and suspension parts that should've been replaced weren't. Had to fix over 5 problems myself because they couldn't. I don't want to give any stars but only to start this review. I do not recommend this place at all. They had my car for nearly three months for a repair. Almost every time I called to get the update on my car, the phone would ring a very long time or I'd get the voice-mail. When I did speak to someone, it was always lies being told. I went there to speak to the OWNER to let him know my concerns and how dissatisfied I was with the service. I never met him nor talked to him on the phone. I brought my bran new 2019 Ram in for hail damage and Michael Groh was very professional and really made me feel comfortable leaving my new truck. My truck had a lot of hail damage a lot of little details that needed attention so i did not want to rush them. The day of pick up it had rained the day before so they needed to wash and detail truck. Daniel Groh and drew made sure my truck looked perfect before letting it go. Thanks to the shop owner Allen, for assisting me with the repair to my vehicle. I called their tow truck serice to pick up my vehicle and they were there within the hour. I ended up having OVER 11,000 on damage on my Mercedes. It took time to get my part in and car repaired. Allen offered me a Complementary rental car due to my UNIQUE situation. This helped a lot because insurance would only cover so much for a short period of time. I finally got my vehicle back and it was in PERFECT CONDITON, washed, oil change, waxed and detailed....it even drove smoother. WOW! Although it took time to repair my vehicle, especially with so many parts coming in from Germany, it was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you so much Allen!!! read more

Omg!! I don't know where to start with this place!!! I was involved in a car accident in May. My car was towed to Collision King. My insurance company made an appointment with the Lexus Dealership to transport my car to their body shop. Charles convinced me to allow them to keep my car because it was a simple fix and it wasn't going to be take more than 2 weeks. My insurance only covered a rental vehicle for 30 days. Guess what?? I didn't get my car in 2 weeks. Hell it was returned to me on September 10--almost 6 months. My daughter drove the car and I noticed the BSM wasn't working, the radio wouldn't Bluetooth or had any volume. The Navigation system was missing the SD card and stated I should consult the dealership. The USB ports and A/C adapter didn't work. The dashboard area lights would turn off to where you couldn't see how the car was operating. My daughter test drove the car from Collision King to our home which is about 30 minutes apart. She stated the steering wheel felt loose. I couldn't tell if it drove different on the passenger side. I wasn't able to drive with a neck brace due 4 fractures. We parked the car in our driveway and contacted Collision King of what was happening for only having the vehicle for less than 20 minutes. Collision King asked that I keep the car until the following week because they was backed up and they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle right then and there. So I agreed to bring it in the following week. We returned to Collision King on Sept. 12 and was asked if we could leave the vehicle and it would've been fixed and returned to me before the week was out. Ha ha ha!! Nope I didn't get the car back until the end of October which was for Halloween. I was felt as if I was the tricked with no treats. The vehicle returned with the same issues as I stated before. Nothing was fixed so what the hell was the reason it took so long to return my car? Your guess is good as mine. We drove to the gas station across the street to put gas and my vehicle wouldn't start. Someone came to give us a jump with cables. Collision King stated it was because my car was sitting. Ok... it wasn't driven before given back to me? Apparently not.... On November 8, my birthday and my youngest daughter graduated from college. After graduation my family traveled on the toll in Houston to get back home and there was this loud sound as if it was a gunshot. We ducked in the car not understanding where the gun like noise was coming from. Everyone in the vehicle was terrified. Imagine hearing the gun like sounds on a toll moving speed at least 50 mph. Surprise Surprise the sunroof exploded. It shattered shooting glass inside the car cutting my special needs son on the arm, and leaving my legs pierced with with fine glass and the glass dazzled in my hair. My son was scared to travel back home in my car so I can calm down and think what needs to happen next. This incident left everyone in the car with a very traumatized experience that will forever be a memory that is replayed in our sleep. My son never will never be comfortable riding in my car again. Oh boy it gets better. My daughter and I was on our way to get the sunroof fixed. While in route the rear of the vehicle started making a horrible noise like the bumper was dragging, tire was on a flat or the entire rear end was about to fall off. We checked the tire pressure of all tires. Everything was good. The rear was also intact. Surprise!! Surprise the freakin lug nuts was down to 2 on the passenger rear tire. The same tire that was supposed to be replaced/repaired from the accident I was involved in. Immediately I contacted Collision King to explain what was going on and I was responsible for providing my own towing back to the repair shop. Really? I've been paying $700 a car note, almost $300 car insurance since May 2022 for something I can't drive. I've maxed out any saving I've had just to make sure my son and I have a ride back and forth to our doctor's appointments. I can't quote the total amount I've spent on rentals, Ubers Lyfts. Today is January 25,2023 I still haven't received my car back. I tried getting it after New Years and was told I couldn't have it because my insurance still owed money. I contacted my adjuster and was told that Collision King never sent a Supplement since September 2022. I'm frustrated, I'm out a car, I'm spending extra finances that I don't have. I'm dealing with depression from my accident and what could have happened to my family and I if we continued to drive my car while the remaining lug nuts would've came off. All I'm getting is promises that aren't kept. This doesn't make in sense to make your customer suffer. We could've loss our lives and here you're looking for more money that isn't work my family and I life!! Come on. read more

2 days after buying a 2016 Dodge Journey I was in an accident. The vehicle was towed here. After talking with Joe I decided to leave it here for the work to be done. It took longer than it was supposed to due to lack of communication on the insurance part. And I was a HUGE PAIN. Although I didn't receive any service from the shop, my negative review is due to the fact that this shop has terrible customer service, I went there three times trying to get an estimate on a 55k miles maintenance service for my car, since they were pretty busy at the time, they asked me to leave my phone and name for them to call me back and provide a quote, they never called me back. Terrible service... every time I drive by your shop I am reminded of what terrible experience I had here. They had my car for 2 months and didn't fix it in that time. I kept having to point out obvious damages not fixed. I picked up my car a couple of times, only to find it had serious problems (while on a road trip). They waived my towing to get me to fix my car there at first, later tried covering for my rental car that went past the 30 days my insurance was willing to pay. I ended up coming out of pocket in rental fees and gas. I finally took my car with repairs still needed, waiting on them to order a part. I called several times and the part was never in and they never returned my calls. I gave up after a while. Just drove my car with parts zip tied on. 3 months later my Prius was rear ended and totaled. So there is really nothing they can do to rectify the 2 months of crap they put me through. The storage facility and the collision repair shop seem to be working something out when you are trying to get your car out of there. They try to get you to sign a contract to keep your car there and supposedly fix it at a "discount price". While holding it in storage and getting charged. (Read other reviews in Yelp for this business to see what happens to people that did sign.) Either way, they are very pushy. Ruben, if I remember the name right, very rude. Once we said no, more than once, completely ignored and stop helping me as if we were the rude ones. Completely unprofessional. And it wasn't just him. There was another guy that was worse, I wish I could have gotten his name that worked Saturday afternoon of this past weekend. If the owner comments that I'm reviewing the wrong establishment. A couple of months ago I went to Collision King for an oil change, not a great experience. I decided to go back, mistake, for a safety inspection on 4/14/22. This was for a car that does need emissions testing, just safety.  I was hoping the service manager had been replaced, not the case.  When I walked to his desk to request an inspection, he said the receptionist will check you in. I said OK. In the past the service manager would take the keys, proof of insurance and either inspect the car or inform me he would inspect it when he finished the one(s) in front of me. After the receptionist checked me in I asked how long. The service manager said 30 to 45 minutes. There was no other customer in the waiting room, no other cars in the lot waiting for an inspection. He was sitting at his desk. Not a very friendly service manger. I retrieved my keys and proof of insurance and left. I drove about a mile from this location to another inspection facility. I walked in handed the keys and proof of insurance to the inspector. He walked out, inspected the car and I was home in less than 30 minutes after I left Collision King. The day after my accident I met with a manager who actually talked to the claims specialist and set up the claim with the other insured party insurance (it was the other drivers fault ) and I was impressed and relieved ! I would never bring my car here if it was the last place on earth. How do you bring your car here after a wreck and they fix the outside of your car but don't check to see if the sensor are messed up or run a diagnostic on it before giving it back. After receiving my car I noticed the check tire sensor was on. So I thought it would go off but it didn't. Then a few days later the check engine light comes on. Informed them off this and they stated that they would have to get with my insurance to see if they would fix it. My insurance says that it should have been check pre and post repair and it's on the shop but he stated they are not willing to take responsibility.So I warn you about this shop go there at your own risk. My car was in the shop for almost 2 months and y'all didn't catch it. First experience was great but second time around is a horror story. read more

I received a coupon in the mail for $15 off an oil change, and I honestly thought that was an attempt to pull quick business and jip me out of some extra money. But when I got there I was actually greeted with super friendly faces and fantastic service. Brandon in the front was especially friendly. They even have keurigs available for customers. I think that was the cherry on top of the entire experience. But all in all, great service, and a full synthetic oil change that was far more inexpensive than I thought.
