    Allen you had plenty to time to contact me after all the times I have revisited you establishment to make things right. On April 27,2023 I visited again requesting to speak with you and waited almost 2 hours for you to show up. Everyone acted like you didn't have any way of communication to be reached to address you the owner, which is very sad. If your establishment was on fire or what you consider a big deal problem your employees would've jumped hurdles to contact you by phone. You've trained them well. I continue to receive lies after lies, promises after promises. You don't care about your customers. You provided me a number to contact you on which is useless. You team refused for me to take my car because the statement was it needed to be inspected to make sure everything was ok. What does your inspection include? After take my car off your lot 3 lugs came off my right rear tire that left my family and I in danger!! You have not contacted me to address the faultiness of business/employees. Instead you replied to my view stating the same thing you tell everyone that post a review. Where does that leave us? Still with no apology, no compensation, but with more inconvenience of the customers that believed in getting our vehicles repaired instead with more problems and pain and suffering as if we don't have others things to worry about. It shouldn't have taken you to half ass repair my vehicle and then hand it back to me un-repaired!! You replaced the right rear tire, I had to bring it back 3 times. The indication light has been on to where tire pressure can't be read. I brought it back the next day, the sensor was so say changed... what a laugh in the face. This light is still on. What did you do temporarily fixed it just to return my car to me so I can return again and again. How do you sleep well at night when you have so many bad reviews on repairs of other's vehicles? What if this was your wife, daughter, your mother and father or any of the people you love and care about? What actions would you take? You would be truly pissed and you would out your way to make sure they was taken care of. Well we expect the same treatment as if we were one of them. It's not different than you visiting a restaurant and your order was incorrect or distasteful... you would request a supervisor, manager, corporate, a refund or a remake. My visit 2 weeks ago prior to yesterday's visit you was also requested. Here it is no contact from you as usual. I should have paid $120 for a tow truck through my insurance for your carelessness of letting my car be returned to me without expecting the tires keeping 3 lugs to be fall off almost killing my family and I. If this is what you call customer service and a job well done I would hate to see what an actual job with excellent repair and service looks like. As of yesterday your employee stated you will provide a loaner car to me so you can figure out what's going on with my car. How can I trust you this time to make it right when it's going on a year as of May 4th when nothing has been resolved yet and probably won't be?? You contact me. I've ran behind you enough. I've paid $1,000 plus for rentals cars while you do nothing and ripe people off and then give us a slap on a back with you fake response as if that's considered to us as sympathy.

    Brought my Toyota Tundra truck into this shop and they told me all I needed done was a valve body…read morereplacement. I told the shop the truck is older and if it needed both a valve body and transmission I wouldn't want to do the repairs I'd just get rid of it because of the cost for both being as much as the truck was worth. He said the transmission was fine because there was no metal in the pan so I just had them repair the valve body. A month later my truck wouldn't go in reverse or would but slowly and would barely move. I brought it back up there and now they tell me I now need a whole new transmission. I then call the owner Mike after speaking to Brandon about all that was said prior. He tells me he's going to figure it out and call me back. I never get a call back. I just get a text stating my truck is ready to be picked up and no charge. I am now thankful for his service thinking it's repaired and ready to go. Fast forward to my wife picking it up and now the trucks clutch is getting stuck when it tries to shift. My wife asks them if we should get rid of the truck and they say yes. After hearing this from my wife I tried calling Mike to get some clarification on what was meant when he told my wife to get rid of it. At this point he wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my calls. I can't tell if this guy isn't honest or if they just don't have any clue what they are doing. Either way not returning phone calls is unprofessional and shady so that tells me something was definitely up. After speaking to another transmission shop I find out on Toyota trucks having not metal in the pan isn't indicative of not needing a new transmission. So the truck probably needed both from the start. I now have oil leaking from the truck after the so called repair they made and the clutch is sticking with what seems like even more issues. Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. They are either dishonest or have no clue what they are doing.

    Just had my 2003 Chevy Suburban transmission rebuilt by Mike and his crew at Carter's…read moreTransmissions, shifting and running like new. This is the second time I've had them rebuild it and got 247,000 miles out of the first rebuild. Very reasonably priced with quick turnaround. Mike has been rebuilding tranny's for quite some time and knows what he is doing. He also noticed a slight misfire with my engine, suggested a new set of spark plug wires as I recently replaced spark plugs and that took care of the issue. Very satisfied customer and will be back for service.
